Cthulhu - VIII

[????'s mind enhancing your will.]

Cthulhu—a King-Rank Sea Beast, ruler of the deep ocean.

It towered like a colossal human-shaped monster, but its body was cloaked in a thick, shifting darkness. Even the moonlight failed to reveal its true form, swallowed whole by the overwhelming aura it radiated.

But what truly stood out—what made it nightmarishly distinct—were the hair-like tentacles writhing around its body. Thousands, maybe even tens of thousands, slithered and twitched like octopus limbs, each one longer than its massive frame.

Haru couldn't move. Couldn't breathe.

The tentacles gripped him so tightly, his body refused to respond. He could only stare—trapped—into its enormous yellow eyes that glowed down at him with cold, alien intelligence.

His heart pounded like a war drum. His instincts screamed.

But in front of a King-Rank being… he was nothing.

'It's just like… Baku… no, this is worse. This is Baku at his peak…'
