The look that Fu Xiao gave her confirmed Xiang Ling's worries immediately. A sense of dread took over her as she waited to hear what crimes of the original owner of the body were about to be revealed. There seemed to be no end of the problems that woman had created for others and Xiang Ling.

"Just tell me." She pressed when Fu Xiao remained silent even after certain long seconds had passed.

Fu Xiao let out a small sigh before she whispered, "You used to scare Young Master Cao every chance you got. You always told him scary stories and pretended to be a ghost chasing after him, all because you enjoyed it when he cried."
