Death Of The Dragon God

Dragon God felt a sense of premonition, so he fastened his approach. Dragons aren't called the bravest for no reason, Dragon God, despite the sense of premonition in his heart, didn't back down, he isn't planning to back down without a fight.

But still, he knew that his journey in life might end here, so preparing himself for the worst, he gathered all his power into one fist.

His fist thumped in extreme power as the red light shrouded his entire fist. The light increased till it became blinding.

"Killing me might be easy, but it's lonely in hell. Maybe you should come with me?" After saying that, the red light that was out of Dragon God began to grow in intensity. He was like a red sun, and with that luminosity, a dangerous aura began to emanate out of him

The Cthulhu frowned. He could tell what Dragon God was doing quite easily. Dragon God wanted to extinguish his own life if it meant bringing the Cthulhu down with him.

Even so, The Cthulhu was shocked that Dragon God was able to unleash such power. He knew that if he ever got struck by whatever attack Dragon God was preparing at this moment, then it I s game over for him.

'As expected of someone with the Celestial Dragon bloodline. Their bravery is so stupid that it disgusts me. Why would he sacrifice his life force for these... Ants' The Cthulhu thought, but despite the situation, he was still strangely calm. He had not moved from his current position.

'I can't believe I underestimated him. But still, this ain't enough. It's time to end this. His body would make a good meal for my Cultivation. It will be bad for me if he wastes all the life force I need for my Cultivation' The Cthulhu declared in his mind, making a split-second decision.

Blood bleed from Dragon God's hands but he gritted his teeth and kept calm. He was clearly in an extreme amount of pain. But he seemed to be used to it.

But then, a look of shock appeared on his face...

His attack was disrupted and he puked out blood.

Cracks began to spread throughout his body.

"W-What have you done to me?" He asked amidst heavy breathing, he was suddenly at his last breath.

He was planning to put his life force into that one single attack and end the Cthulhu once and for all. While he will kill the Cthulhu, he will also die as well, but his skill was suddenly disrupted by an unknown power.

"You shouldn't have blocked it," the Cthulhu said harshly.

Hearing this, a look of shock appeared on the face of Dragon God.

When he made the blob of water pass through his attack, (Toxic Dragon Punch) he blocked it with a flame of fire.

All the blob of water was vaporized, Dragon God thought it was harmless so he didn't think too much about it.

But after inhaling the vapor, his carelessness has now cost him his life.

"I have the bloodline of the Celestial Blue Kraken, you dare to act careless around me... Ignorance and Arrogance, surely are the things capable of bringing the downfall of the dragons" The Cthulhu declared, his eyes filled with disdain.

From the place he hovered upon, Dragon God fell to the earth, and the cracks on his dragonoid scales continued to spread.

He shattered like glass, the bits of his body continued shattering till all that was left of him was dust.

"The Celestial Blue Kraken bloodline abilities are just too powerful, a lesser God like you, from a lower race of the Celestial Dragons is nothing against such power." The Cthulhu declared with pride.

If a Celestial Dragon was here, then the result might be a little bit different, but these lower dragons, only have 20% of the Celestial Dragon Bloodline. It's nothing against the bloodline of the Celestial Blue Kraken.

Suddenly, a voice echoed in the entire realm...

[Dragon God made a wish to Deus Anima]

Hearing this, the Cthulhu expression became twisted, "The God of Souls, Impossible!"

He couldn't fathom how a lesser God like Dragon God was able to have a connection with the God of Souls, one of the strongest Gods in existence.

'Did he wish me dead?' The Cthulhu's expression crumpled at this thought.

For a powerful God like the God of Souls, killing the Cthulhu is downright easy. The Cthulhu was like a speck of dust in the eyes of Deus Anima.

By killing Dragon God who has a connection with Deus Anima, he has offended Deus Anima.

So even if Dragon God didn't make a wish for The Cthulhu to be killed, there is no telling what might happen to him and also...his entire race.

'Will he wipe out my race from the realm of existence?' the Cthulhu's face crumpled even more.

But suddenly, from his spread out awareness, he noticed something had appeared.

Try as he could, he couldn't remember such a thing being there.

It was the floating mountain.

After Dragon God's death, the Misty Mountain was no longer hidden from existence.

★★★

Moments back,

Dragovic witnessed the fight with a conflicted expression, he was young and while he looked like an eighteen-year-old human, he was only sixteen years old.

But he was smart, incredibly smart. Smart enough to know that disrupting the fight was not an option.

So he remained in the mountain but still refused to get into the tower.

He observed the fight and tried to learn as much as he could.

He was born in the Great Dungeon that united all Galaxies of the Universe, while it seemed like he was only brains no brawns, it isn't.

Spending all 16 of his early years in the Great Dungeon, his father had taught him many things, learning how to fight was one of the top focuses of his father's teaching.

In the dungeon, he had witnessed many things, schemes, brutal battles, all directed onto his father, he had witnessed his father level up and become a lesser God, so while it might look that he is inexperienced, the opposite is the reality. He is actually very experienced.
