I managed to reach my room after all of the embarrassment Dalton had caused. I couldn't cry, I was too shocked to. Even after begging he still didn't want me to work. I was stupid to think he was different from the lady, too stupid to think he was a nice person.

I stepped into the bathroom to wash my body and after bathing I walked into my closet. Out of the million and one outfit in the closet, I found none suitable for work. I couldn't possibly dress like a princess on my first day.

I searched harder again, but till, there was nothing suitable. I hadn't bothered to retrieve my clothes from father's mansion cause I've not gotten the chance to.

Maybe after my first pay, I'll have to get clothes for work. I picked one among the dresses I had in there and Zara helped in them.
