A DANGEROUS DEAL

"Aren't you going to interview me?" I asked to see him chuckle, the sound dark and dangerous. He closed the gap between us and I bit my lips. His handsome face glistened in the light, and his silver eyes shown like the stars in the night sky.

I froze for a moment when his hands touched my chin. Blood rushed up to my face and then he pinched it.

"Ouch." It sounded more like a moan and I felt embarrassed at my reaction to his touch.

He had openly confessed he had only bad intentions for me this morning, yet and yet again I let him this close to me. It's like I have no control of myself when he's around.

I knew this was wrong in all aspects. I was getting married to Dalton, not Evren. I can stop this, I can put an end to this but I didn't.

Evren held my gaze longer than usual without a word spoken from those lips of his. And then finally, "Adara." He called placing his thumb on my lips and dragging it slowly to the other end of my lips.
