Home Of Shana

Sarah's POV:

I was done memorizing the speech. I also changed some stuff in the speech because it was too blunt and straightforward.

Then there was a knock on the door, and Anthony walked in while holding his phone. "Josh wants to talk to you; is that okay?"

Immediately I heard the kid's name; it made me so happy, so I took the phone from Anthony, and I could see his cute face. "Mother, I didn't want to disturb you; I really didn't mean to disturb you," the kid apologized with a nervous tone.

"Of course not; I am glad you called. How are you doing?" I smiled at him, and he had a confused look.

"Josh," I called.

"Yes, I am fine, mother. I had breakfast and will be watching the game later with my friends."

"Won't you study?"

"I will, but we need to watch the game; it's very important to us," he explained, and I chuckled. He seemed so determined for his basketball career.
