Thrust into a rotting house in a ghostly body, Adam found himself bound to a wailing baby. With a heavily damaged soul and the snarky remarks of a system, he began his years-long quest to recover his body. 

Armed with his mind, he'll educate the baby and slowly watch him turn into a good youth. However, he would have to make a choice: suffer as a ghost until he finds an alternative that might not exist, or possess his body and reincarnate.

He was far from imagining how dangerous this world full of possibilities could be, prompting him to question everything he knew... Including himself and this world's intentionally blurred history.

I Refused To Be Reincarnated

The subtle sound of the creaking door distracted Julius from his cultivation. Eager to see his friends return but horrified by the scene, he leapt on his feet and pointed at the messy room. "They are back, big bro. Stop playing around!"

Adam, who had been discovering his new passive with sparkling eyes, instantly froze. Indeed, they couldn't see computers, tablets, and phones weaved from mana hover in the air. With a wave of his palm, he disassembled his constructs into swirling wisps.

Julius gasped as Adam sent them ruffling his clothes with a playful grin before they faded.

Eyes sparkling, he raised his fists in delight. "Wow! Your mana control is clearly better. Congratulations, big bro!"

"That? Mere tricks not worth mentioning." A soft smile curved his lips as he gazed at his palm, then clenched it. "I'm still too rough for my goals, but you're right. I'm much better."
