Raquel was full of nerves as she stepped down from the carriage, trying not to show her feelings by keeping a blank expression on her face. It was the first time she had ever gone shopping with a noblewoman that wasn’t Nicole or her lady-in-waitings.
It almost made her feel like she was an ordinary noblewoman rather than the feared Crown Princess of the Cadilaria Empire.
While Fia got out of the carriage, Raquel gazed at the boutique they had come to. It was a small brick building on the outskirts of the shopping district with a sign above the entrance reading:
Monique’s Dresses
Fia explained during their carriage ride to the boutique that the place was up and coming with its owner creating some of the best dresses in the kingdom.
