Gero nodded his head but Randolph noticed that Lulu rolled her eyes at his words.

"I can tell you that there are multiple killers, but not all of the skinnings are by the same group."

"You mean to say there are multiple groups?"

"Yes… There are people taking advantage of not only the terrorism, but also the original culprit of the murders to cause similar chaos themselves."

Randolph frowned inwardly at his words. The single new piece of information made the entire situation much more complex.
