With their newfound power, humans were able to push the Shataki back, but the battle was not as simple as they thought.

It was then they learned their enemies were not bent on destroying their world but were searching for something.

What was it? No one knew.

But then, in a small city, a boy was betrayed by his girlfriend and was killed, allowing a new soul to enter his body.

The arrival of this new soul would change the fate of both Blue Earth and the Ancient Realm as many secrets began to unravel.

Looking at the calm, indifferent expression on Caleb Li's face, the beautiful lady shook her head and returned her weapon to its pouch.

"You must be one of the famous geniuses," she said.

"I'm a nobody, too weak to even show my face," Caleb Li responded casually.

Clicking her tongue, she looked at Caleb Li as if he was taking her for a fool.

However, seeing the indifferent expression on his face, she sighed and said, "I'm Evelyn."

"So tell me, what do you want with the Molten Gorge?" Evelyn asked curiously.

Even though he gave her a perfunctory response, she didn't mind. She only asked to ease the slight tension between them.

With Caleb Li's strength, she knew she must not treat him like an ordinary student.

Evelyn did not utter another word and continued to walk upstream. Watching her walking upstream, Caleb Li did not hesitate to follow after her.
