Just as Clark glanced around, Mark looked to the side and saw Isabella approaching.

"Here," she said solemnly, handing Clark a box, its contents unknown.

"Keep it with you! Open it only when you're in grave danger. Remember, it has to be a life-threatening situation!" With that, Isabella fell silent.

Clark accepted the item and boarded a small aircraft, guided by the eternal compass towards Olivia's distant location from Sky City.

A streak of light slashed across the sky, leaving a long white trail behind as Clark piloted the aircraft swiftly forward.

"You're letting him leave like this?" Kevin looked at Isabella, feeling somewhat uneasy.

"If it's not meant to be mine, it won't stay. If it's mine, it won't leave," Isabella replied, turning and walking away.
