Tobias, Yuki, and Maliq could hardly believe their eyes as a distant coastline came into view.
What puzzled them even more was that they had missed reaching the island before the full moon faded—and yet, they hadn't encountered any storm along the way.
Almost unknowingly, they had nearly arrived at the shore.
Maliq, shocked, asked, "Tobias, are you sure the crew didn't make a navigation error? There's no way we're at the wrong island—"
Tobias shook his head, certain they were on the correct route.
"Is this some kind of miracle? How could it happen so suddenly? Could this be a natural phenomenon?" Yuki asked, her mind racing. "Maybe…maybe God has finally shown us mercy?"
For so long, they'd observed that the storm was constant, raging day and night.
They had come to believe it would only dissipate on the night of a full moon.
As dawn broke, they finally anchored at the island's edge.
