"A first time huh?" Darius' voice echoes into my ears.

"You have two months to make me fall for you. But if you fail, I'll kill your best friend Rosemary, her mate, and every member of your pack."

Mated To The Wrong Alpha

"Let's proceed, I haven't got all day." Darius announces, his patience a fleeting thing s though he too really doesn't want to be here.

I coil into my seat, feeling anxious all the while praying this will go well.

My anxious doesn't go unnoticed by Darius, as he slides a hand under the table just so he takes mine in his.

I grip his hand tight, feeling thankful to him for giving it.

The first person to speak is a familiar face, Dean.

He nudges his glasses just before he smiles, which somehow comfort mes.

"Well, getting right to business as Alpha said. I would like to give a detailed report on the network we are producing for wolves alone. Code named Alkanet." He presses a button on the desk, which causes the room to become obscured the outside, covering us in a blanket of darkness.

A light appears in front of us, illuminating off of a projector at the end of the table and or room.

Chapter 201: Alkanet
