Saving worlds from the apocalypse is a high price to pay, but two have been chosen to do this. Apocalypse Moon, which isn't the most sympathetic of ears, and a boy who knows nothing of himself or where he belongs. While on her own mission, Moon bumps into Sun and finds herself having to help out her nemesis in order to have a chance to escape the Nightmare King's deadly clutches.

However, these two teens are on opposing sides. When one succeeds, the other fails. Too many failures could end in demise. These are not people who should ever be friends, yet they are the only ones who can understand each other. Their friendship can pull them through tough battles, but it can also put them in danger. Being too caring of one another, when opposites, could place them in more danger than they realize.

While they help other dimensions avoid the apocalypse, will they be able to save themselves from the influence of each other?

The open road. It was an expression few had the chance to use. When walking from town to town, Micah had used it. This was different though, not a patch of dirt worn down. The motorcycle road smoothly along the cement road that she had grown accustomed to seeing. It was on the edge of town, with no ending in sight. 


It was a long path no one ever used, and no one knew where it headed. 


Anthea opened her helmet lid. “Dumas, was it? How are you mixed up in this?” As she expected, he didn’t speak back. It could possibly be the last hour she was alive, and she wasn’t going down without some answers. “Why attack Horn River?” He still didn’t say anything. Looking around, she noticed the greenery had become drier in the background. The air felt moist though, as if it might rain. It better not rain. Not on her last day to live.
