CHAPTER 16

Roger looked at the castle of Duke Griffin. He had sent Henry and the army to slaughter the family and control the territory. He looked at the castle that had all the items removed. He released a set of furniture and utilities and let the servants redecorate the castle for now. He looked at the soldiers and let them go and rest. He had decided to take this castle as a temporary capital and had the scholars be ready. He released a lot of papers and the scholars who had come to him were happy. He asked them to write all the things necessary about the problem and he will be writing the decision and they just have to spread the decision.

Roger started reading the files and he found that he was blessed with much more power. He could increase his speed to 200 times and he could put a second layer of speed up. He could speed up his body and then speed up his consciousness to have a speed of 40000 times the speed. He sped up all the area he had sped up and then sped up the bodies of the crops and the animals he cultivated and let the growth of the items speed up by another 200 times. He also had a new power to reduce the speed of the items by 200 times in a similar manner.

It was another day like as always. He had released a lot of technologies and had taken over all the production places of food and biological resources. Time had passed and Roger had come to see his new castle. The cement has sped up the construction the steel had made the buildings much stronger. Roger looked at the building and entered it. It was much interesting to see a better and powerful building. He had found a dungeon long time ago and had put up a bounty on the people who had ran away. He had to let the people become much stronger and become smarter. The nation had to develop. All the books they read from the poems to stories were written by him. All the philosophical books, the new and political ideologies were also written by him. They can only grow up reading such things and in one way or another they will be under me. They could let the become stronger in such a manner. He had also spread many science and mathematical books to let them be enlightened.

Roger had trained the cavalry. He had more than enough horses and it was much more interesting to let them fight against the armies. Roger found that it was the cavalry had enough power to face the group of knights but he found that they could not in terms of skill and power. He had trained a group of archers. It was much better to let the arrows accelerate of type 1 after being released. The direction and trajectory would remain the same and it was much more useful than himself throwing the spears. He had tried to let the soldiers train to become archers who ride the horse but it was hard to do so. It was not so profitable.

Roger had taken control of kingdom properly. It was much interesting to create something akin to a senate but the problem came that he was a pure dictator. He had taken control over the kingdom and there was nothing left to control. Roger just let it be.
