The Lightning’s Mystery

It looked so familiar, this wooden box that he was holding. The power oozing out of it reminded Arias of another wooden box that he also received from this dungeon. At that time, the beasts guarding the box were blood-seeking vines. Arias never opened the box after he got it. Actually, he’d nearly forgotten about it entirely.

It looked like the silver monkey’s duty was to guard the wooden box Arias was holding. It could be that these boxes held some kind of secret or were this dungeon’s hidden treasure.

Arias tried once again to open the box, and yet he failed just like before. Unable to do anything, he ended up tossing the box into his dimensional ring in disappointment.

“You can take some rest, for now, Olivia. We’ll move on to the eighth floor once our powers are fully restored.”
