Chapter 550: The Last Stand and Obliteration
"Buzz!" At this moment, bright lights flashed from all directions around Alexander, while one indistinct figure after another surrounded him...
Alexander's sensing ability was restricted, and his vision was blurry, making it impossible for him to identify which of the many Roberts around him was the real one.
Phantom Punch!
Since fighting enemies stronger than the Hell Demon King, Robert had rarely used Phantom Punch. However, in this battle, combined with a new form of Solar Punch, it showcased a fresh brilliance of Phantom Punch!
"This..." Alexander originally had the ability to split his body. Even though his consciousness had been replaced by a dimensional entity, he could still use Alexander's abilities.
But now, he hesitated, unsure of what technique Robert was using. Unable to gauge the strength of these Roberts, he dared not disperse his own power...
It was clear that Robert, empowered by the light aura, was already beyond Alexander's full strength. If Alexander divided his power and Robert managed to wear him down, he would have no chance of turning the tide!
Alexander wanted to flee because he couldn't beat Robert. But if he fell into Robert's trap, his situation would worsen. It was better to fight Robert directly than to escape.

"An opportunity!" Alexander thought. Though he hadn't figured out how to counter Robert's move, when the phantoms started moving, he realized this was his chance to see through Robert's trick and decide whether to continue fighting.

In mid-air, Alexander's body was battered like a ball, struck by one Robert after another. Each phantom dealt extra damage, just as in their previous fights.
Alexander began to doubt if every phantom was Robert's real body. Otherwise, how could each one inflict such severe damage?
However, the real issue wasn't identifying the true Robert. His priority was escaping the current predicament and the mirror space!
Though he wasn't fully present, occupying Alexander's body was an opportunity the dark dimension had awaited for millennia. He didn't want to miss it.
Time might be insignificant for dimensions, but it mattered to these dimensional beings, especially with Earth's vampires and werewolves potentially addressing their flaws and advancing their dark dimension.
Having come to Earth and occupied Alexander's body, the dimensional entity was unwilling to fall so soon.
This entity was frustrated with Alexander's memories, which held little useful information about werewolves and vampires since Alexander hadn't focused on hybrids or daywalkers.

As Alexander grew angry, his facial expression changed. Light energy waves bombarded him, piercing his body like a sieve.
"Which one is real? They can't all be real, can they?" Alexander looked at his wounds, feeling the same burning and suppression from each. The phantoms' equal strength puzzled him further.
Despite his extensive experience with mysterious foes, Alexander couldn't find a flaw in the new Phantom Punch.
"Which one is real? I can't tell, I really can't tell!"
As his injuries multiplied and the light energy waves increasingly suppressed him, Alexander, who initially held on, began to crumble. He felt besieged by countless enemies, with no chance of survival...
If the enemies hadn't had powers suppressing his own, Alexander might have fought back. Despite the equal strength of these phantoms, the accumulating light energy waves were like maggots in his bones, now damaging his core power.
Alexander's aura weakened, his strength diminished from greater than Robert's to equal, then even less.
This seemed to seal Alexander's fate...
"No! I can't die here! Even if I exhaust all my strength, I must break out of this mirror space! I need to gather some intelligence, at least!" As Alexander felt his strength waning, he made a decisive resolution.
"No! I won't die like this!" At this moment, Alexander's original consciousness briefly awakened due to the danger, unwilling to vanish senselessly, making a final struggle.
Unfortunately, Alexander's consciousness couldn't overpower the dimensional entity occupying his body. If his awareness hadn't been mostly devoured, he might have reclaimed his body when the entity was weakened...
But now, his consciousness and power were almost entirely consumed. Only his strong will to live had briefly awakened his awareness, but it quickly disappeared as his life force was entirely obliterated by the dimensional entity.
"Boom!" With Alexander's life force obliterated, his monstrous body shriveled, turning to bones, then disintegrated into dust under Robert's attack, vanishing with the wind.
However, the dimensional entity's power and life force didn't vanish but condensed into a compact energy mass, swiftly escaping the mirror space to learn about Earth's current situation.
"Huh? Such speed! Such concentrated energy, yet it's unaffected by this light?" Robert, seeing the energy mass escape, was puzzled and curious.
The energy mass seemed to have shed its weaknesses, no longer burned by Robert's light. Robert wanted to understand this to avoid giving the Avengers incorrect information that could cause trouble.
"Break!" The energy mass hit the space barrier, roaring.
"Crack!"

With the impact, the mirror space started to fracture. Baron Mordo couldn't maintain it, despite his efforts. The power difference was too great.
"Earth dimension! I'm coming!" Delighted, the entity saw a spatial rift and rushed towards it to avoid Robert's pursuit.
"Clang!" Suddenly, a loud noise echoed in the mirror space. The entity felt like it hit a wall or an impassable barrier.
"Who are you?" The entity saw a man in blue, with an "S" on his chest and a cape, staring at him, feeling exposed.
"A Kryptonian? Such a powerful Kryptonian! Impossible! How could a Kryptonian reach this level?" Recognizing Clark's aura, the entity's tone became serious.
"Superman, are you trying to take my prey?" Robert appeared behind the entity, displeased and unfamiliar with Clark.
"If I hadn't stopped him, he would've escaped. Who knows what he'd do on Earth?" Clark retorted, glaring at Robert.
"I slowed down because you arrived. Do you think he could escape under my watch?" Robert sneered, focusing on the energy mass. "But I'm curious. How, without changing power, did he suddenly ignore my light waves after shedding his body?"
Facing predators in front and behind, the entity felt lost. His energy could only burst once more, unable to last against Clark and Robert's combined suppression.
"If you don't know, how would I?" Clark shrugged. The energy mass was new to him, so he couldn't explain why it was unaffected by Robert's light waves.
"Buzz!" Robert released a light flame, pushing it toward the trapped energy mass. Though it didn't restrain the energy, it consumed it.
"I understand now..." Robert's eyes brightened, seeing through the energy's essence.
"It's a surface structure of Alexander's life force, blocking my light waves. As long as this life force layer remains, it can temporarily cover his flaws. But his internal power will still be restrained by the light waves..." Robert's words made the energy mass tremble.
"Superman, want to try? Exhaust the life force layer, then see if your solar-like rays inflict extra damage?"
"You're a demon!" Hearing this, the entity trembled. Though Robert used light power, he now suspected Robert was a demon in disguise!
"Shhh!" Without waiting, Clark unleashed his heat vision, burning away the life force layer.
Soon, the entity's core power was exposed, sensing two restraining light forces. This situation made the entity feel deep despair...
"Boom!" Under dual suppression, the dimensional entity's power was eventually obliterated, finally freed.
"Earth is so dangerous, should we still go?" In the distant dark dimension, a strange creature murmured, shivering while looking towards Earth.
