Complete Blindness

"It's dark... it's hot... and it hurts! Someone, help me!"

In the midst of endless darkness, Leon felt his body bound by chains, unable to move.

A searing pain scorched his skin and bones, forcing groans of agony from his lips.

No matter how hard he struggled, it was futile.

The chains were too strong, and he couldn't sense even a flicker of his holy power—nor his chaos power.

The pain was unbearable, as if he were trapped in a furnace burning at hundreds of degrees Celsius.

Strangely, his body didn't burn or melt. It remained intact, yet the torment was overwhelming.

A day, a week, a month... maybe even a year—Leon had no idea how long he had been imprisoned here.

Time had no meaning in this dark, twisted space, as if he were in a different dimension altogether.

Just as despair began to consume him, a streak of white light appeared in the distance.
