Chapter 126-Will explained part 1

Allan gazed in disbelief at the young man lying unconscious on the bed before him. His skin was unnaturally pale, and his breathing shallow. Allan couldn't help but wonder how someone who appeared to be of age could have possibly caised his men to b3 in such a dire state. As he studied the young man's features, Allan couldn't help but think that something about the situation didn't quite add up. "What do you mean, kid?" he muttered to himself. "He can't possibly be a third tier. He used will." Despite his confusion, Allan knew that he needed to act quickly to help the other young man still in the cell before it was too late.

"And my advice is to not look into this way too much, I just might not be able to hold Xander back if you mess with his beloved disciple," Alastor said

"And what about the other kid?" Allan asked

"It is probably Darvin, and you should have him back before Aldin wakes up because I sure would like something to help me get in his good books," Alastor said with a devious smile plastered

On his face.

Allan gulped at the realization of all the shit he was currently

"Dale, take care of everything, I'll be back right now," Allan said to his right-hand man who was to his right behind him and left the academy in a hurry to the guard post where Darvin was.

At the guard post, Mike, one of the guards who had been part of Darvin's arrest was facing Darvin who was behind bars

"Wait till your friend gets here, I'm going to make sure you never try this again "Mike said with a huge grin on his face.

While Darvin was locked up in his cell, he noticed that he could have easily broken free from his captors when they were in air. However, he didn't want to cause any trouble and decided against it. Now that he found himself at the guard post, he realized that his escape was nothing but a figment of his imagination. There were several guards present, and it was impossible for him to break free. He felt trapped and helpless in every possible way. As he peered out from behind the bars of his cell, he saw Mike walking towards a rack filled with canes and whips. The sight of it sent shivers down Darvin's spine, and he knew that his situation was dire.

"You are so not going to love this," Mike said when he turned to face Darvin with a huge grin on his face.

"But at least I will," Mike said going into a spasm of maniacal laughter. All the others present in the room sighed out of annoyance at Mike's behaviour. Ilam, Mike's partner came behind him and

Wacked his head

"You should stop this tomfoolery of yours, nobody can make that decision except for Allan," Ilam said pissed off

This helped Darvin calm down a little. Soon Allan did come through the door and Mike happily stood up to welcome him

"What should do to this kid sir?" Mike asked excitedly

"Free him now" Allan said with an impatient look on his face.

"What do you mean sir, he is supposed to be getting punished," Mike said sounding a bit disappointed

"I said free him now, or do I have to repeat myself? And if you don't want to I will!" Allan shouted.

"Yes sir," Mike said and went to open the door.

'Aldin has something to do with this Darvin thought to himself.

Mike freed Aldin and Mike freed him, allowing him to get out to which Allan wanted to escort him out

They got out of the building Darvin had just been confined in, the guard's post.

"Did they do anything to you while you were in there?" Allan asked as they headed back to the school.

"they did not do anything to me," Darvin answered.

"Then could you do me a favour and not tell, your friend anything about this, please," Allan said.

"Isn't he the one who helps free me?" Darvin asked.

"Not really, it was tower master Alastor who requested your freedom. Your friend was knocked because he went berserk" Allan said.

"Sounds like him, did anybody die this time?" Darvin asked shocking Allan. Never had he thought that they were capable of murder, he thought because they were just kids but he was now seeing them in a different light.

"He reacts horribly when attacked, and you're lucky he did not go all out, else we would be talking about something different right now," Darvin said.

"What do you mean, I'm pretty sure he used lightning and knocked out most of the members of my cores. Darvin said.

"So what you mean is that he just made your entire corps go unconscious instead of using something that would have killed them in an instant," Darvin said and Allan was stunned at the

Realization of that fact.

"And did you ever wonder how he was able to fly? I know you want to know more, but that is not for me to share," Darvin said before Allan could even ask.

They all made their way back to the academy in silence. When they got there Aldin was still unconscious

"Here he is," Allan said to Alastor before trying to walk away.

"Where do you think you are going, somebody has to explain to Aldin what happened, and I don't want to be the one taking the blame for any of it," Alastor said and almost as if on cue, Aldin

Woke up.

Aldin Randell

I do not recall what happened when I was in the sky, but when I woke up my vision was not so good, it took some time for them to get back to normal. Alastor and Aldin were with me on one

Of the infirmary beds together with a man I did not recognize.

"What happened I asked?" Before I could even get any answers to my question, memories of what had just happened came crushing back into my mind.

"What happened? " I asked, in a slow coarse voice.

"Well I had to stop you or you would have killed members of the city guard." Alastor said in a matter of fact tone.

"The tower master here talked it over with me and we agreed to put al this in the past," The man a the edge of the room said.

"Thank you, I will nor repeat the same mistake again, I promise." Aldin said.

"No need to worry, it is all in the past," the man said with a warm smile.

"Thank you still," Darvin said.

"Then I will take my leave," the man said but as he was about to leave he came face to face with the principal. He walked past him and came directly to me .

"What did you do this time?" the principal asked fuming with anger.

Allan filled in the principal on everything that had happened. I would have desired for thr eath it open up an swallow me while. If I wanted I would have done that myself though but then it would only serve to lengthen the lecture I would get.

As the short recount of the events ended I could see how pissed of the principal was, with all his veins popping.

"I can't believe you, do you have a knack at causing trouble for me." The principal said fuming with anger.

"I'm sorry, I forgot." I said, I truly had forgotten than flying in the capital was an offence.

"I assure you this will not happen again, ill ensure that troublemaker learns a good lesson." The principal said then looked towards me as he said the second part of his statement.

"You have no need to worry, today actually served as a good lesson to my men, they haven't had that much action in a long time, this was good for a stretch for them," Allan said, he seemed to genuinely mean what he said.

"If you say so then who am I to object," the principal said in a Holly tone that clearly showed his 180 degree change in attitude.

"Then I'll be on my way." The principal said and walked out with Allan.

The room was silent when they left.

"Aldin where did you learn how to use will like that?" Alastor suddenly asked excitedly.

"I don't know how to properly control will, I've been trying to learn how to use it but I haven't had much success," I said truly not knowing what he meant.

"Then how did you take over the other's mana so easily," Alastor said in a manner that suggested he was speaking to himself.

I felt dread crawl down my spine when I realized that he had assumed my devourer rune was me using will. I gulped the next second after I realized what had happened. Darvin looked at me knowing what Alastor had seen.
