Dante can summon his sword with a tattoo on his back. His weapons have names as well. His pistol names are Ebony and Ivory, And his sword's name is Rebellion. He is unaffected by certain human weapons. Only demons are able to kill him. But if anyone gets their hands on his sword while fighting him they will be able to kill him but at the cost of them getting killed as well. Dante is not a human but a demon hybrid. His mother might be human his father isn't and his uncle is the Devil himself. Not only is he related to Satan but is also related to the one and only God himself. With Dante's uncles being Satan and God, they both had another brother named Sparda. Sparda was a worrier between the good and the bad. Dante's armory only gets better from here. Not only does he have Ebony and Ivory but he has more weapons. Arbiter, Osiris, Eryx, Aquila, and Revenant. Arbiter is a two-handed heavy ax used by his father Sparda, he uses Arbiter for the bigger heavier demons or uses it to break an opening in a cracked wall. Osiris is a two-handed light weapon. Used by his mother, Osiris is a scythe that uses the force of the wind with every stroke thrown at a demon. this scythe is used for grappling onto certain points in Limbo (hell) or in the overworld. Eryx is a weapon taken from a demon called a succubus. He summons two large powerful demon fists on his hands that are used as heavy weapons. He uses them for brawling bigger demons for a more fair fight. The powers are similar to the Arbiter but used as fists. They are used to break down pulled-up rubble that's covering a pathway he needs to go through. Aquila is another light weapon that Dante achieved by killing, and yes I'm serious, by killing a giant News reporter. These weapons have a triangle base with one curved blade on each point of the triangle. Dante uses these as a distance weapon by throwing them at demons. Dante can throw them to where they circle his body killing anything around them. If he throws them both at the same time they will split up and make more of them appear and turn into projectiles and hit a target and shred them until they're dead. Revenant is a shotgun that does the same thing as Ebony and Ivory but in the form of a one-handed shotgun. The weapons Osiris and Aquila give Dante the power to force himself through the air for a second and glide down onto the ground.
