The man standing before her seemed like the polar opposite of what she imagined Ethan Montgomery to be. While equally imposing and commanding, this man was a notorious terrorist, a villain hunted by everyone.

Avery Miller suddenly felt a pang of regret. If someone like him could walk the right path, he could accomplish great things. But instead, he chose to be a small-time leader in a globally-wanted terrorist group.

Lost in her thoughts, Avery was jolted back to reality by his sudden and audacious remark.
