chapter 9

The arena was filled with anxiety as all eyes remained fixed on Sasuke. He had just defeated his opponent with a powerful Genjutsu that left everyone speechless.

For the Third Generation, this situation was more than just surprising—it was deeply troubling. The Uchiha Clan's legacy had been stripped away, their prized techniques scattered like fallen leaves. How could Sasuke, without access to the clan's teachings, learn such advanced Genjutsu? What secrets did he hide behind his aloof demeanor?

As Sasuke retreated to his original spot, eyes trained on the arena, he waited for Sakura's match. With three people missing, there might be some changes in upcoming matches as he continues to observe the unfolding events.

Then came the announcement: Shikamaru vs Sakura.

Sasuke's mind raced,The first mission he received was now in jeopardy,The precious points he used to support Sakura were at risk.

His gaze fixed on Sakura as she stepped onto the battlefield.

Sakura, with her determination and unwavering spirit, stood in stark contrast to his disappointed expression. "What a waste," Sasuke muttered under his breath as he thought about his system points,He had invested a lot of them in Sakura, hoping that she would become stronger and more useful. But now, he felt like he had made a mistake.

Meanwhile, Naruto's annoyance erupted. "Sasuke, you shouldn't call Sakura a waste!" He shouted, his voice echoing throughout the arena. The audience's eyes shifted to Sasuke and Naruto as whispers spread like wildfire among those listening to Naruto's words, thinking that Sasuke was talking about Sakura.

Sasuke glared at Naruto, his eyes narrowing into crimson slits. His Sharingan stirred—a tempest of chakra and emotion. One Tomoe, then two, and finally—the third. Even without opening his Mangekyō Sharingan, with just three Tomoe Sharingan, Sasuke was able to put so much pressure on Naruto that he felt his knees buckle. For the first time, Naruto's smile was gone, replaced by a look of fear and pain.

Just as Naruto was about to faint from Sharingan Pressure, Kakashi decided to intervene. "Enough, Sasuke," he said sternly, thinking that this was the side effect of the cursed seal put by Orochimaru on Sasuke. Kakashi tried to grab Sasuke and take him away,"Let's go, Kakashi said.

knowing Kakashi's original intention." Sasuke refused.

Sasuke's eyes locked onto Kakashi. "I don't need you to interfere," he said coldly, his voice dripping with contempt. He despised Kakashi for his double standard, He had no intention of listening to him, or anyone else.

Sasuke didn't want to stay in the arena any longer. He felt suffocated by the stares and whispers of these people. He needed some space, where he doesn't have to hold back as emotions.

He decided to leave the area and go outside, using the Body Flicker Technique, leaving behind a trail of swirling flames. He didn't plan to leave the village, at least not today He still had some things to settle, some loose ends to tie. As he left Sasuke whispered a message to Sakura, who was still on the battlefield. Only she could hear his low voice. "If you want to talk, meet me after tonight." He said, hoping that she would understand. He didn't want to fight Sakura in the future just because of a misunderstanding, knowing from his first life that in anime, a woman crazed with love might chase him around and even kill him. Chance of Sakura Succeeding is none but he still has better things to do.

And if he can get her, he can get lots of system rewards
