The second siege

Lu shang then tried to sneak inside but because of too many guards he can't sneak in normally so he used seven lightning steps to avoid getting caught

Lu shang then leaped into the top and quickly dash through the guards with the guards only feeling a wind. Lu shang then quickly run across the entire empire and because of that he found out the location of the reinforcement

"Around a hundred thousand warriors" Lu shang guessed after seeing the countless warriors

Lu shang then went towards the palace. When he arrived at the palace he easily sneak inside the palace and in just a few seconds he arrived into the place his going for. The treasury

Lu shang then opened the door for the treasury but before he can go inside, two spears is suddenly about to behead him but luckily his seven lightning steps is activated allowing him to dodge the ambush without a scratch

"They're strong" Lu shang said in his thoughts after barely seeing the attack

Lu shang then pulled out his sword and used sword chi before rushing towards the two guards.

Lu shang then used his fire creation technique after getting overwhelmed even with his seven lightning steps activated

"if this goes on i might lose, i need to quickly get something destructive here" Lu shang said

Lu shang then created multiple fire humans to stop the two guards for a few seconds

Lu shang then found a destructive item called meteor call. He then dashed through the guards and rush towards the location of the reinforcement

"There location is really so fit with my plan" Lu shang said

The reinforcement is actually in a small area where they can't escape the meteor call easily.

Lu shang then used the meteor call and waited for it to fall. The warriors then noticed a large shadow suddenly appeared and when they looked up they saw a large meteor about to land on them

They tried running away but Lu shang is just killing them when they're about to get out where the meteor will land

Lu shang was able to killed thousands of warriors but over ten thousand was able to escape the falling meteor and about the warriors that got hit by the meteor, they were flatted

"That's the guy who's trying to killing" one of the warriors pointed towards Lu shang

All of the reinforcement then rushed towards Lu shang but Lu shang retreated after using too much energy chi

He then went into the front area and killed all of the warriors that's guarding the gate. he then opened the gate and when the demonic warriors saw this they immediately running towards the gate getting them caught by the other guards but they didn't care about it, only running towards the gate

When the demonic army got inside they then started fighting with the last ten thousand reinforcement and in just a few minutes they have already defeated the reinforcement

Lu shang then saw that some people from the palace is rushing towards the demonic army and he took this chance to go into the palace while there's less enemy

When Lu shang arrived at the palace two man was guarding the entrance and it was the same two guards that's guarding the treasury room

"Finally you came back" One of the guard said

"Of course i will come back, after all i don't like losing" Lu shang said

Lu shang then used inferno strike to attack the two guards but the guards was able to block it. Lu shang then used thunder dragon and this time one of the guard got hit while the other guard barely blocked it

"Your strength before is not this strong, how did you got this stronger?!" The guard who blocked the attack shouted

"It's simple. I just don't want other guards to know that there's an intruder" Lu shang said

Lu shang then rushed towards the guard that blocked his attack and he then used inferno strike again but this time it wasn't able to get blocked because only one guard tried to block it

The guard's sword then got destroyed getting him killed by Lu shang and when the other guard saw this he got enraged

"How dare you kill my brother!!" He shouted before rushing towards Lu shang

"Forced empowerment" the guard's body then got larger and his skin became red and his eyes became crimson red

"What kind of technique is this?" Lu shang thought

The guard then used his fist to attack Lu shang and when Lu shang tried blocking with his sword he flew away from the force of the guard's fist

"What's with that sudden strength" Lu shang said in his thoughts

The guard then rushed towards him again and when Lu shang was searching for his weakness he suddenly saw that the guard's vein is popping a bit

"Could this technique be a sacrifice type" Lu shang said in his thought

When the guard got closer to him, the guard then tried punching Lu shang again but Lu shang dodge this time knowing that he will only get hurt if he block the attack.

While Lu shang was dodging all of the guard's attack he suddenly saw that the guard's attack is getting slower making him think that it's because of his veins popping

A few minutes later the guard is already full of blood not because of Lu shang but because of his veins popping and five more minutes later the guard then died because of blood loss

Lu shang then went inside of the palace and went into the treasury. He then searched for a good treasure in treasury and he suddenly saw a bracelet that's emitting propound aura

He then inspected the bracelet and while his inspecting the bracelet the system spoke

"You have found a storage bracelet"

"Storage bracelet? This bracelet can store things?" Lu shang asked not certain if it will store anything

"Yes" the system said

Lu shang put on the bracelet but he then realized that he doesn't know how to store things so he asked the system "how do i store things?"

"You just need to use your energy chi and imagine it like it's reaching the thing that your gonna store" the system explained

Lu shang then tried what the system said and when he tried it on a talisman it easily stored the talisman inside the bracelet

Lu shang then stored every treasure into his bracelet before leaving the palace. He then went back to the army and when he arrived they were already preparing a banquet

"Finally you're here, wait for a little bit were preparing the banquet" the commander said

A few minutes later the banquet's food is now done. The warriors then sat into there chair and when Lu shang found his chair it was beside the commander's chair

Lu shang then sat into his chair and wait for the commander to speak. The commander then gave quick speech to eat immediately

When the commander sat into his chair he asked Lu shang if he will be able to help them in the last siege

"Why do you ask?" Lu shang asked

"Because the warriors have a choice if they will quit the last siege or continue fighting" the commander said

When Lu shang heard this he immediately answered" of course i will continue"

Even though Lu shang knows that the last one is the hardest, he have no choice but to continue because of the task

"The goal of this task is to participate in the war" the system said but Lu shang didn't react looking like he already knew

An hour later all of the warriors have fallen asleep because of there drunkenness but Lu shang was barely drunk so he went into a house to sleep
