chapter 9 close combat part 2
He begins to focus his training close combat in order to be aware of his surroundings he must fight fiercely inside the training ground
Right now he is training with the dummy knifes clashing each other
(Shing! , shing!)
Adam : hff!
Begins to prevent each attack he used his forearms to keep the knife distance
(Thud! , thud! , thud!)
Then pushed its off its own steps
Adam : hmp!!
(Push!)
As he'd done that he goes for the killing blow aiming straight for it's left eye socket
(Dash)
(Stab)
He successfully land a fatal blow on it
(Thud)
Training dummy : training pass in normal time ..two minutes and twenty six seconds
(Ping)

Novice close combat lv1 : quick combat 50%
Adam : it ain't great but not bad gotta keep going
He stood up on his feet again to resume training
Adam : resume training
It stood back up and begins to take a fighting stance
Training dummy : resuming training
Adam makes the first move and cut the left side cheek of the dummy
Adam : hmp! …raaah!
Used his right elbow , it threw off the training dummy's balance a few steps back that's when he made another killing blow a right spin thrust stabbing it bit it's throat

Time : 1:12
Adam : one minute and twelve seconds not bad but still ain't good
Adam (thinking) : I mean it's still bad dead heads can still try to overwhelm me in every corner and side
Adam (thinking) : regardless I've have to face the difficulty with a bit more struggle
The dummy it self stood up still asked
Training dummy : would you like to keep training to normal or a different difficulty
He made up a decision and choosen veteran
Adam : set difficulty to veteran now
It took a tense a fighting stance for training As for Adam he flipped his knife upside down with just one hand
(Step , step , step , step , step , step)
Both the dummy and Adam circle around waiting to see which one will make the attack first
Adam : can't let my guard down now
Adam (thinking) : ugh….remembering that again is already traumatizing then before
Adam : whatever
So he made his first move a slash attack
Adam : hmp!
(Step , Fwoosh!)
(Slash!)
But the dummy dodge and maneuvers past right by his side left him a cut by his side
Adam : ugh …shit
Time : 0.53
Adam (thinking) : I gotta at least land a fatal blow on it …but it's speed and maneuverability might catch me off guard
Adam just realized for second he just got a cut
Adam : wait a minute …did it?
(Whip)
Adam : shit ….it cut my side rib
Adam (thinking) : in a higher difficulty I can be harmed ?
Adam (thinking) : alrightty then it's time to start killing each other , huh?
He smiles knowing his life is endangered he still continues the training to complete the training
While he was thinking it threw its knife at him
(Shink!)
It lands at his leg and pain he felt was tense
Adam : urgh!! Fuck!
(Dashed)
The dummy tackled him to the ground
(Thud)
Adam : shit!
(Whack!)
It begins to hit him in the face mutiple times
(Smack! Smack! Smack! Smack! Smack!)
Blood begins splatter from his nose and received a few cuts Adam quickly used his guard to block its punched
(Thud! , thud! , thud!)
Adam (thinking) : I gotta do something quick !
Timer : 1:42
It begins using its knees to hit his abdomen area three times until his guard broke
(Thud!!)
Adam : ooff!
(Thud!!)
Adam : aagh!
(Thud!!)
Adam : urgh!
His guard broken and begins to beat him
(Smack!! , Slam!)
Adam : aah!
But the hit hi received was deadly and now his vision was beginning to feel bright
Adam : damn it !…
(Smack!! Slam!)
Adam : ngh!
His vision gets worse the next he sees the dummy begins to put his hands on his neck and slowly pressed its thumbs at his vocal core
(Press)
(Slowly squeeze)
Adam : uggh…agh
Adam : shit...errr
He'd struggled to get the dummy off him
(Pat! , Pat!)
(Pushing!)
He tried to break out from its grasps hitting its arm joints four times but no effort
(Blink , blink)
His vision begins to blur as he was about to pass out a notification was sent
(Ping)
Notification : if you pass out or is fatally wounded you will not receive a reward
At that moment he opened his left one and begins to struggle not to get the dummy off of him but to reach the knife that stuck in his leg
Adam : ugggh!!
As his hand reached by a few trembles of his hands he immediately pulls it out
(Shink! ,splat)
Adam : nngh!
(Stab!)
He stab the dummy in the heart
The dummy gripped Lossen Adam spoke to it and says
Adam : fuck..you
He pushed the knife further in its chest with both hands
(Shink!!)
It fell on the side
(Thud!)
He gasps three times for air
Adam : guuuuuh!! Haa….haaa…haa
It was battle for a reward worth of beating he received from a training dummy
(Ping)
Notification : you've passed under three minutes and thirty one seconds
(Ping)
Notification : rewards now being distributed
(Ping)
Notification : your skill has been upgraded to veteran due to your decision in live and death situation you have been granted a blessing
(Ping)
Veteran close combat lv4 : quick combat 80%
Knife damage 20%
(Ping)
Great lessen : your training is experience will increase by 10%
He gives a smirk
Adam : well damn ain't that a bitch aye
He just noticed his pain and wound he got begins to heal
Adam : wait I ain't even feeling pain?…
(Ping)
Notification : after completing training or failing in training in life and death situation your body will be healed
Adam : we'll ain't that kind of you aye mister system
(Ping)
Notification : just wanted my player to be alive before the event happens
Adam : yeah whatever you say now I've gotta keep doing this training then let's hit to range
Adam (thinking) : time for my little pay back on that bullshit difficulty
