"We are just sharing a bed." Gu Xize said seriously, looking at Yun Sisi's foolish smile, "Don't get any wrong ideas."
With that, Gu Xize turned and walked towards the bathroom, abandoning Yun Sisi in the center of the bed. She let out a disappointed sigh, but then, clutching her pillow and sitting upright, she muttered to herself, "Sharing a bed means there's plenty of chances. I'll win him over first."
When Yun Sisi, all dressed and fresh, entered the gym, Gu Xize had already started punching the sandbag.
After some preparations, the two of them started the match.
Despite growing up together, Yun Sisi had never sparred with Gu Xize in Taekwondo before. She knew he was equally matched with her dad, but she felt she was pretty impressive now, and was confident she could beat him.
"Gu Xize, remember you said it," Yun Sisi positioned herself, "if I win, you cannot back out."
Gu Xize did not reply; instead, his slight smile showed both modesty and sturdiness.
