She is going to have surgery

Mrs Gloria took a breath and replied. "Not good because she is going to have surgery on her right ankle, left forearm, and abdomen, especially her small intestine. They are going to pull the knife out during the surgery, and the knife went through her small intestine. Can Fatima pack Belle Rose's belongings and leave them by the hotel's entrance? Because my parents are heading towards you right now, and my mother will stay with Belle Rose. I have been contacted by a staff member at Hohenzollern Castle, and after Belle Rose is discharged from here. She is going back there for recovery and to take her time."

Mr Alvin sighed as he ran his right hand through his hair and replied. "Okay, thank you for the heads-up and the news. I will inform Fatima and ask Mrs Sprocket to help her pack Belle Rose's belongings." Fatima knew it was not good and placed the card in the envelope. Mr Alvin hung up the phone and spoke. "Fatima, can you pack Belle Rose's belongings up? Belle Rose will be in the hospital for an operation. On her right ankle, left forearm, and abdomen, especially her small intestine. The doctors are going to pull the knife out during the operation, and the knife went through her small intestine. I will ask Mrs Sprocket to help you pack Belle Rose's belongings and place the suitcase & the overnight bag at the hotel's entrance."

Fatima nodded and went to the hotel room she and Belle Rose used. She put Belle Rose's suitcase on the bed and all of Belle Rose's belongings together. There was a knock on the door, and Fatima opened the door. Mrs Sprocket strolled into the room and helped Fatima pack Belle Rose's belongings in the suitcase. They did it in silence, and Fatima closed the suitcase. Mrs Sprocket and Fatima took the suitcase and the overnight bag downstairs. Fatima placed the card on the overnight bag, and they met Mrs Gloria. Mrs Gloria had her family with her and her father, Grandpa Ben. He was standing behind her and her husband, Victor.

He saw Belle Rose's suitcase and overnight bag. Mrs Sprocket pulled Fatima away from Belle Rose's suitcase and overnight bag as she spoke. "Those belong to Belle Rose, and that card is from everyone apart from the person who stabbed her. He is still at the police station, and we are waiting from Mr Redmund for any news." Victor nodded as he walked forward and took Belle Rose's suitcase, overnight bag and card for her. He took them to his father-in-law and placed them in the car's boot. His suitcase, his children's suitcases, and his father-in-law's suitcase were outside the car. Grandpa Ben got into the car and drove back to the hospital.

Let me go back to Belle Rose and what happened to her after the ambulance had left Hohenzollern Castle. After Mrs Gloria took hold of Belle Rose's right hand, and the door closed after her. Belle Rose took some nice deep breaths to calm herself down, and Aunt Victoria spoke. "You are doing a great job, and well done for saving Prince Willem's life. What number between zero to ten of the pain level would you put it?" Belle Rose lifted both hands and showed her aunt her fingers. Aunt Victoria knew the pain was still painful and spoke. "Ten." Belle Rose nodded and lowered her hands down.

One of the paramedics wrote the hospital's address and gave it to Aunt Victoria. Aunt Victoria knew it was the hospital they were going to and texted her husband the address. Belle Rose was scared but knew she had saved a life. The ambulance's sirens went off, and it raced to the hospital. Belle Rose's grandparents and aunt's family arrived at the hospital. They saw the ambulance arriving at the hospital and slowly approached it. The back of the ambulance opened, and Aunt Victoria got out of the ambulance. She saw her family and beckoned them over.

The paramedics got the ramp working as one pushed Belle Rose out of the ambulance and onto the ramp. The ramp lowered to the ground, and they pushed Belle Rose into the Emergency department. Grandma Beth, Grandpa Ben, Aunt Victoria, Uncle Victor, Theo, Megan, and Tarzan. A nurse showed them to the relatives' room, and they waited for news about Belle Rose. They were worried and scared for her. Belle Rose was transferred from one stretcher to a hospital bed and winced in pain. Belle Rose slowly calmed down and allowed the emergency doctors and nurses to do their work.

Belle Rose had an X-ray and ultra-sound scan done on her. An emergency doctor saw the results and realised how badly she had been injured. He checked with a surgeon, who agreed Belle Rose would need an operation, and they went to see Belle Rose's family. The surgeon's name, Dr Michael Miller, shook hands with Belle Rose's family, and they sat down. Dr Miller calmed down and spoke. "Hello, my name is Dr Michael Miller, and I am one of the surgeons here at the hospital. I understand that all of you are Belle Rose's family, and you were there when she got injured. (Belle Rose's family nodded, and Dr Miller pointed at Aunt Victoria. Aunt Victoria nodded and allowed Dr Miller to continue speaking.) I am afraid the injuries are not good, and I am seriously concerned about two of the knife wounds. The one on her right ankle and the one on her abdomen."

"The injury on her left forearm is a worry but not life-threatening. Unfortunately, Belle Rose would need surgery to save her life and have the knife removed. I will going to pull the knife out during the surgery, and it had gone through her small intestine. Belle Rose will need crutches to help her walk for her right ankle and must be checked on after the operation. Is your granddaughter left-handed or right-handed?" Grandma Beth knew he was telling the truth and replied. "Belle Rose is right-handed, and we are still in shock."
