Harry's Interrogation

"What?!" Harry hissed, fully aware of what a basilisk was. A basilisk was a snake that could grow up to monstrous sizes, their skin is just as tough as a dragon's, if not more. Their venom was the most dangerous venom in the world, so powerful that it can kill a person within minutes. Though the most dangerous thing about it was undoubtedly its eyes, capable of killing a being with a single look. "Are you trying to tell me that we're going to fight a goddamn basi-fuck!" Harry cursed as they stumbled upon some shed skin, if the old skin was any indication than then this basilisk was at least fifty feet tall or even longer. "But that doesn't make sense, if the basilisk is the monster then the victims should be dead."

"Hesta and I aren't sure why, but we think that maybe they didn't look the basilisk in the eye properly." Flora replied as they walked past the skin.

"Maybe," Harry frowned. "it's possible that they saw it through a reflection or something, like Creepy, he might have seen it through his camera."

"You mean Creevey?" Flora asked.

"I meant what I meant." Harry replied. "Now listen up, from now on you will do everything I say and you will do it when I say it."

"But I..." Flora's protest was cut off when Harry gave her a look that she could best describe as a 'don't make me hurt you' look. "I will listen." She said in a quiet voice.

"You had bloody better." Harry sighed just as they come across a door, one with no handles but instead has several snakes spread across it. "Open." Harry hissed, the snakes began sliding back one at a time. As they did an unlocking sound was heard with each snake. "Jet, you will look after the girl." Harry said as he placed him on Flora's shoulders.

"The girl is not my priority." Jet hissed. "You are."

"Then you will keep her out of my way, I don't need the interference." Harry hissed back before he turned to Flora. "Let him stay with you, he'll help keep you safe." Harry said before he walked into the chamber with Flora following after him. There was puddles of water everywhere along with several large statues of snake heads, opposite the entrance was a giant wall that was shapes like Salazar Slytherin's head. "Of course he had to have a bloody ego." Harry sighed just as he noticed three unconscious students lying in front of Salazar's massive head.

"Hestia!" Flora suddenly shouted out before rushing forward.

"Damn it girl, stop running so fast!" Jet cried out.

"Stop," Harry called but that didn't appear to work as Flora kept running. "damn it, you had the one job." Harry groaned before he followed after her.

"Hestia!" Flora said as she quickly knelt down next to her sister. "Hestia, wake up!" She said as she tried to shake her twin sister awake. Harry, on the other hand, calmly stopped behind her and looked at the other two. Ginny Weasley was lying unconscious next to Roman who was looking pale and clutching a black diary in his hand, Harry saw the name 'T.M. Riddle' engraved on it.

"She won't wake." A voice said, Harry and Flora's head snapped towards the area where the voice came from. They saw a Slytherin boy walking toward them, he looked like a sixth year, he was tall and handsome, with pale skin, jet black hair, and dark eyes. "None of them will." He added as he gestured to Roman and Ginny.

"Let me guess, the heir of Slytherin?" Harry asked, the boy smiled in a pleased manner before nodding. "I don't recognize you."

"I would have been very surprised if you did," The boy admitted. "I haven't been in this school for a long time. Forgive me, I haven't yet introduced myself, my name is Tom Marvolo Riddle, the one and true heir to Slytherin." He said. Harry glanced back at the diary, which clearly belonged to Tom if the name was any indication, Harry looked back at Tom with a calculating look in his eyes.

"Are you really?" Harry spoke softly.

"Yes, I am." Tom Riddle grinned as he replied in parsletounge. "And you must be the great and famous Harry Potter. My, my, how I have been looking forward to meeting you."

"I get that a lot." Harry shrugged as he spoke in an uncaring voice. "Now, what the fuck is your deal?"

"Such appalling language," Tom tutted his teeth. "I expected better from you, Harry."

"The only expectations that matter to me are my own," Harry replied. "now, what is your deal?" Harry asked. "Why are you doing this? Why kidnap these three?"

"Quite simple, I wanted to meet you." Tom said, surprising Harry. "And I have to thank young Roman for that." Tom smiled.

"What does he have to do with this?" Harry frowned.

"A while back young Roman somehow stumbled upon my diary," Tom smiled as if telling a joke that only he could understand. "he wrote in it, poured his heart and soul into it. Telling me how he was raised in the muggle world, only to come to a world where everyone hated him for his parents. And he also told me about his idol, you. You, the parslemouth second year who was reported to have defeated students much older than you. You, who practically rules Slytherin house at such a young age, an impressive achievement. You are everything young Roman wants to be. That was when he interested me, not when he was talking about his day and how he still can't make friends. Listening to him was a chore, a really boring one, but eventually I was able to get his trust. He saw me as his friend, he spilled his deepest and darkest secrets. Eventually I was able to grow strong enough to take control of him, as he grows weaker I grow stronger."

"You had him unleash Slytherin's monster on the school." Harry deduced.

"Correct, not that he knew what he was doing." Tom nodded. "The first time I was able to unleash the basilisk was roughly fifty years ago."

"And you killed that Myrtle girl." Harry nodded before gesturing him to continue.

"Indeed I did, I was able to get Hagrid blamed for it."

"Hagrid? How the everlasting fuck did you pull that off?" Harry asked in an interested voice. "Any idiot with two brain cells could see that he wasn't the heir."

"It was far more simple than you could imagine," Tom chuckled. "you see Hagrid suffered from the very bad habit of trying to adopt dangerous creatures, one of which was an acromantula." Harry's eyes widened slightly at that, he couldn't believe that the guy would even consider adopting an acromantula, they were giant spiders that could grow to giant sizes and were not things that were supposed to be kept as pets.

"So you frame him but that doesn't explain why you're here now." Harry replied.
