Sakura angrily grabbed Yoichi by the collar. Her lower abdomen was already slightly bulging—she had been pregnant for nearly three months. At this point, there was no way to terminate the pregnancy.
Her family and the rest of the village had already learned about the child and had given their blessings. The Uchiha clan was scarce in numbers, so Sakura's pregnancy was seen as a way to strengthen the clan.
Yoichi feigned helplessness and said, "Sakura-san, you can't expect someone to develop a perfect abortifacient in just a few days. That's an unreasonable demand. Besides, you could have tested it in advance."
"What's the use of saying that now? They already know!"
Sakura felt utterly helpless. She regretted everything—if only she hadn't gone to the hot springs in the Land of Hot Water with Ino. If she hadn't entered the wrong room that night, she wouldn't have lost herself to Yoichi, and she definitely wouldn't be carrying his child now.
"In this situation, the only option is to keep it a secret, Sakura-san. I won't say anything on my end."
Yoichi's words left Sakura with no other choices. There was no second option—unless she had the courage to confess to Sasuke. But if she did that, her family and friendships would be utterly destroyed.
Sakura sat weakly in the chair, silent for more than ten minutes. Then, she stood up, her eyes filled with determination as she stared at Yoichi and said, "I will give birth to this child, but the child will bear the Uchiha name!"
"That's fine. I don't care much about the surname of my offspring. Whether the child is named Uchiha or not makes no difference to me."
"Once the child is born, you are not to see them. In every way, this child will be Sasuke's and mine. You have no part in this!"
Sakura cut him off firmly, clenching her fists slightly in nervousness. In the ninja world, some people valued bloodlines and offspring greatly. She wasn't sure whether Yoichi was one of them.
After all, the fault had been hers from the start. Her demands now were already somewhat unreasonable, even pushing the limits.
"You can decide what you want. I plan to marry Ino anyway. I don't want this to become a big deal, so keeping it a secret is the best option."
Hearing Yoichi's response, Sakura let out a deep breath of relief. This way, she could feel at ease.
As long as the secret remained hidden, this matter would never come to light.
"I'm leaving."
Having received Yoichi's answer, Sakura turned to leave. However, just as she was about to step out, she suddenly stopped and turned back slightly. "One more thing—when will Sasuke's situation be resolved? He's still thinking about Eida."
"Nara Shikamura should have already told you," Yoichi replied casually. "Within a few months, the charm effect on them will fade. Some ninjas have likely already recovered. However, Naruto and Sasuke were affected more strongly by Eida's ability. She must have subconsciously amplified her effect on them in order to survive."
Eida's ability was the strongest among those granted by Otsutsuki Shibai. While she couldn't control it perfectly, she could still enhance it unconsciously.
If it had been Otsutsuki Shibai himself using the ability, even Yoichi might have been affected. But Eida's life level was too weak—she couldn't even influence an Otsutsuki.
With Eida dead, her ability would gradually dissipate. There was no need to worry too much. However, Sakura and Hinata might still struggle.
Even though it was due to an external influence, what wife would be willing to see her husband constantly thinking about another woman? Despite their best efforts to suppress it, Sasuke and Naruto would sometimes unintentionally reveal their longing for Eida.
Now that Kara had been wiped out, with only Jigen and Code still at large, the ninja world was essentially free of major threats.
For the Five Great Shinobi Villages, destroying Kara had been their greatest victory. Although they still considered Yoichi's two clones as major enemies, as long as they remained inactive for an extended period, the villages would eventually lower their guard.
At this point, Yoichi had no intention of letting the villages deal with Jigen. He planned to personally retrieve Otsutsuki Shibai's corpse from the Daikokuten dimension.
Moreover, Amado and Koji Kashin had already been intercepted by his Kamui clone. After extracting the technological data from Amado, Yoichi simply let them go.
Although he didn't consider himself a good person, he wasn't someone who killed indiscriminately. He had decisively eliminated Eida because of her dangerous ability and arrogant personality.
The moment they met, she had spoken a line that suggested she had used her Senrigan to see into Yoichi's past—and had taken great interest in it.
To Yoichi, anything that could pose a threat had to be erased. Even if Eida hadn't threatened his life directly, any form of danger to his interests was still unacceptable.
As for Amado, he posed no threat at all. His only goal was to resurrect his daughter. Once he handed over Kara's technological data, he had no leverage left. Thus, Yoichi had his Kamui clone release both him and Koji Kashin.

Three Years Later, Ninja Academy
"Congratulations! From today onward, you are officially ninjas!"
Aburame Shino stood at the podium, addressing the students in front of him. A wave of nostalgia hit him—over a decade ago, he had been sitting in these very seats, listening to Iruka-sensei say these same words. Now, he was the one delivering them.
"Next, I will announce the squad assignments and your jonin instructors. Once you're placed in a team, you'll be able to accept missions from the village and learn various experiences under your squad leader."
Shino then read out the team assignments, and everyone learned who their teammates would be.
Shortly after, jonin instructors began arriving to take their students away.
As more and more students left, Boruto leaned back, clutching his head. "Finally graduated! I'm going to become a jonin as fast as possible!"
Shikadai chuckled beside him. "Don't kid yourself, Boruto. The fastest to reach jonin rank will definitely be Inojin. He already has jonin-level strength—he just needs experience. We still have training to do."
"No way, Shikadai, you're exaggerating! I just got perfect scores in the combat class," Yamanaka Inojin replied, laughing and waving it off.
For three consecutive years, Inojin had ranked first in practical combat classes, thanks to his chakra reserves and physical abilities far surpassing his peers.
However, he knew that this advantage came from the jonin pills his mother had given him—pills she had obtained from someone else.
Three years had passed, and by now, Yamanaka Inojin was no longer ignorant of the world. In just a few months, his mother would be getting married.
Though he felt reluctant about it, he understood that he couldn't change his parents' decisions.
Not long after, Fūma Moegi arrived at the classroom and called out to Inojin, Nara Shikadai, and Akimichi Chōchō.
After a brief introduction, the Ino-Shika-Chō trio followed Konoha's old tradition and underwent a test.
As for the test results, naturally, Moegi had nothing to criticize. Shikadai and Chōchō were both competent genin, and Inojin was even stronger. Their teamwork was excellent.
If Moegi hadn't called for an emergency halt, she might have embarrassed herself today.
After the test, Moegi thought about treating them to a meal to establish her authority as their leader.
However, Shikadai raised his hand and said, "Sorry, sensei. I need to head home early—I have a younger sister to take care of, so I'll pass on the meal."
"Same here. I've got some things to take care of at home. Sorry, Moegi-sensei," Inojin added.
Recently, he had moved into a new house with his mother—Uchiha Yoichi's home. His room was still a mess and needed organizing.
Thinking about this, Inojin sighed inwardly. Though he wasn't happy about the situation, for his mother's sake, he still had to call Yoichi "Father."
After the team disbanded, Inojin quickly arrived at his new home.
When he walked in, Ino was busy decorating. Seeing him return, she beamed and called out, "Inojin, come help me move this cabinet!"
"Coming."
Inojin sighed internally. Just seeing his mother's happy smile made it impossible for him to argue with her. He had no choice but to put aside his thoughts of persuading his parents to reconcile.
"Mom, if I remember correctly, you should be moving less right now. Where's—Father?"
"Temari's child seems to have a health issue, so Yoichi went to prepare some medicine. He told me to wait until he got back, but this place is such a mess, and I couldn't stand it. I decided to tidy up first."
Saying this, Ino playfully put her arm around Inojin's neck, pretending to be annoyed. "Don't underestimate your mother. This little bit of movement is nothing."
Even though she was pregnant, it had only been two or three months. For a kunoichi—especially one whose body had been conditioned to perfection by Yoichi—this stage of pregnancy was practically insignificant.
Inojin asked curiously, "Even Aunt Temari is coming to Father for help?"
Ino ruffled his hair and smiled. "Yoichi's secret medicine is the best in the ninja world. Shinobi from other villages are lining up to get some. For any parent, their child's health is the most important thing!"
Over the past three years, Yoichi had developed several more secret medicines to help children with poor foundations, essentially improving the Foundation Elixir. If used for an extended period, a child as young as five or six could reach genin level, with long-term benefits for their growth.
Because of these medicines, Yoichi was widely sought after by shinobi everywhere. The demand for his medicine was endless.
After Ino's relationship with Yoichi was made public, many people turned to her for help, including members of the Ino-Shika-Chō clans.
"I get it."
Nodding, Inojin followed Ino's instructions and started arranging the furniture in their new home.

Yoichi's Pharmacy – Back Alley Entrance
After ensuring no one was watching her, Sakura quickly walked down the alley and entered the back door of Yoichi's pharmacy.
In the past three years, the pharmacy had doubled in size. Yoichi had purchased two three-story buildings behind it and renovated the alley to create a discreet entrance for those who preferred not to be seen.
Ever since she gave birth two years ago, Sakura had regained her figure. As a kunoichi skilled in medical ninjutsu, maintaining her appearance and physique was no issue. Having given birth to a second child, her aura had become even more captivating.
However, she rarely sought out Uchiha Yoichi. Their few private meetings had all been for one reason—their son's future.
Sakura wanted Yoichi's Foundation Medicine for their son, Uchiha Mirai—the name she had given her second son, symbolizing the Uchiha clan's future. He was also Yoichi's son.
Over the past three years, Sasuke had rarely been in the village, leaving Sakura to raise Mirai alone. Wanting the best future for him, she needed Yoichi's medicine.
But buying it openly was impossible. Yoichi only produced a limited amount each year. While she could obtain some through Ino, it was never enough for Mirai's needs. That was why she had secretly sought out Yoichi multiple times.
Today was another such occasion. If Mirai used the medicine until he was around four years old, he wouldn't need it anymore.
After entering the pharmacy, Sakura walked up to the third floor. However, just as she reached the second-floor stairs, she heard something unusual.
"Slower… take it easy…"
Hearing the woman's voice from upstairs, Sakura's face immediately flushed red. She whispered to herself in confusion, "That idiot Ino… at a time like this?"
"No… wait. That's not Ino's voice."
Sakura instinctively turned to leave but suddenly realized something was wrong. That voice belonged to someone else.
Besides, Ino was pregnant—there was no way she could be engaged in something so intense.
Realizing this, Sakura's expression turned to anger—anger for her best friend.
Ino was pregnant, yet Uchiha Yoichi was still fooling around with another woman?
And right here, in his pharmacy?
Her rage surged. Unable to hold back, Sakura turned on her heel and stormed up the stairs!
