Chapter 421

Half a month later, a wedding took place in Konoha. Though it was held discreetly, many people still sent their blessings and gifts.

The attendees were all close friends of Yamanaka Ino. Even those who couldn't make it in person still sent wedding presents.

"Congratulations, Ino."

Sakura spoke with a smile, though her emotions were complicated. The smile she wore was entirely forced.

Over the past two weeks, Yoichi had sought her out twice.

"Thank you, Sakura!"

Dressed in a pure white wedding gown, Ino threw herself into Sakura's arms, laughing joyfully. Today, she was the happiest she had ever been, even receiving the blessing of her dearest friend.

Yoichi approached and said, "Welcome, Sakura-san. Ino, some more guests have arrived."

"Oh, it's the Yamanaka clan. I'll go greet them. Yoichi, help me bring Sakura inside."

Ino glanced at the guests before giving Sakura an apologetic look and heading toward the entrance in her wedding dress.

Once Ino was out of sight, Sakura clenched her teeth and whispered to Yoichi, "You bastard, don't hurt Ino."

Yoichi smiled and replied, "As long as you don't say anything, I will make Ino the happiest woman in the world. She's different from you and Temari."

"You bastard."

Sakura gritted her teeth, clenching her fists. But there were too many people around, and in the end, she loosened her grip and followed Yoichi into the house.

The wedding proceeded smoothly. Many people extended their congratulations, and for the first time, Yoichi experienced a wedding in which he was the groom. In his original world, his relationships with Mikoto and Mina had formed naturally, and they had never held a formal ceremony.

The residence where the wedding was held was located in a quiet and spacious part of Konoha. Once the ceremony ended, the guests gradually dispersed.

That night, Yoichi and Ino completed the final step of their wedding. Their room had numerous Yin-Yang seals, fully isolating the sounds within.

Many people were restless that night.

At the Nara household, after putting Ariko to bed, Temari couldn't help but feel a pang of jealousy. Seeing the radiant smile on Ino's face today, she envied her. While watching from the crowd, she had even wondered—what if she were the one in the white wedding dress instead?

Elsewhere, deep in a tavern late at night, Sai was drinking, trying to get drunk. But he cursed his Root training—the alcohol resistance he had developed made it nearly impossible for him to become intoxicated, no matter how much he drank.

...

After Yoichi and Ino's wedding, the ninja world remained relatively peaceful.

Amado had defected to Konoha two years ago, seeking protection after being forced by Yoichi's Kamui Clone to hand over Kara's technological data and expose Code's whereabouts. Amado was deeply concerned about his own safety.

He had also hoped to use Konoha's resources to research a way to resurrect his daughter.

However, that wish would never be realized. Code had already been killed by Yoichi's Kamui Clone, and Otsutsuki Shibai's corpse had been retrieved from the Daikokuten dimension.

All the real threats to the shinobi world were gone—only the Five Great Nations were still unaware. They still saw Kamui Clone and Tenseigan Clone as lurking enemies within the shinobi world.

Sasuke was still traveling, searching for information about them, further perpetuating the misunderstanding. But Yoichi had no intention of clarifying the truth.

Let the Five Great Nations continue their misunderstanding.

...

Half a Year Later

Yoichi's third child in this world was born—a daughter named Yamanaka Yuko.

Yuko's birth filled Ino with even more happiness, and Yoichi played the role of a perfect husband, making her feel like she was living in a dream.

When not refining medicine, Yoichi spent his time enjoying life with Ino. However, in secret, he still sought out Temari and Sakura from time to time, indulging himself once every couple of weeks.

Over the years, Sakura gradually adapted to this "hidden relationship." Habit is a powerful force.

More importantly, Yoichi knew her body inside and out, providing her with a pleasure she had never experienced with Sasuke.

Though Sakura still loved Sasuke in her heart, she had become fully accustomed to Yoichi's touch and no longer resisted.

Aside from Sakura and Temari, Yoichi also found an opportunity to engage in a "friendly match" with Hinata.

At first, Hinata was unwilling. But after Yoichi subtly threatened her, she relented—begrudgingly.

Unbeknownst to them, Hanabi eventually noticed something was off.

During the Chunin Exams, Momoshiki and Kinshiki still caused trouble.

However, this time, Boruto didn't step in to save the day.

Naruto and Sasuke swiftly defeated the Otsutsuki duo with no complications.

Only a single exam arena was destroyed—even Yuko wasn't frightened.

With the Otsutsuki threat eliminated, the shinobi world finally entered an era of true peace.

Yoichi and Ino continued their married life blissfully. If Ino wasn't on missions, she was spending time with Yoichi and Yuko, traveling the world together.

Whenever people came seeking his medicine, Ino would persuade Yoichi to produce more.

And after paying a certain "price," Yoichi would grant her request—one of their little marital "pleasures."

...

Six Years Later—Konoha Year 89

Yuko entered the Ninja Academy, accompanied by both Yoichi and Ino on her first day.

By now, Inojin was nearly twenty years old.

With Yuko now in school, Ino turned her focus toward arranging Inojin's marriage.

Though she was now thirty-eight years old, her youthful beauty hadn't faded—she still looked like she was in her twenties.

When people noticed this, Yoichi's "Youth Retention Pill" was no longer a secret.

News spread quickly, and suddenly, Ino became the most sought-after woman among high-society wives. Everyone wanted to meet her for tea and conversation.

Wanting to avoid the commotion, Ino left Yuko in Inojin's care and traveled with Yoichi once more.

...

Eleven Years Later—Konoha Year 100

By now, Yuko had become a jonin, and she, along with Ariko and Mirai, was recognized as one of Konoha's strongest young shinobi.

Their abilities were so exceptional that even elite jonin struggled to last against them in battle.

...

Konoha Year 150

Standing before the Hokage Rock, Yoichi gazed at the newly carved faces, feeling his final attachment to this world fade away.

Ino had passed away six months ago, peacefully in her sleep.

Even in death, she retained the beauty of her youth. Yoichi had personally arranged her funeral, without allowing Inojin or Yuko to interfere.

His three children were all living well.

Mirai had even become the Ninth Hokage.

Konoha had firmly established itself as the center of the shinobi world.

With his final ties to this world severed, Yoichi turned away.

"It's time to return."

"There's still one rat left to deal with… and Mikoto, Mina, and Tsunade are waiting for me."

Standing at the Dragon Vein, Yoichi restored his youthful appearance and retrieved his treasured artifact—Karasuki.

"Activate—return to the recorded time in the past."
