The Moment of Change Part 2

"I'm hungry," Sokka said, bags under his eyes. "We've been traveling for two full days and still haven't found any sign of the northern tribe."

Suki, who had been resting to recover from her injuries, opened her eyes when she heard another comment from Sokka about food. "You have to be patient, sooner or later we will reach the Northern Water Tribe."

"I know Suki... how are your injuries?" Sokka approached gently, noticing that his lover was weaker than she had been in recent days.

"I will survive, the Northern Water Tribe is known to have the best healers in the world, they will be able to help me." Suki said with hope in her eyes.

Sokka smiled to cheer Suki up, but he was worried because they could only see the ocean on the horizon, with nothing to guide the position of a tribe.

Appa, being very tired, did not have the strength to fly in the same position he was used to, so he could only fly over the sea, being careful not to touch the water.

Aang held Appa's reins, worried that his friend had reached his physical limit from flying all day. "Appa, hold on a little longer." Aang stroked his spirit animal's fur in support, receiving only a grunt in response.

Katara, searching for any sign of life, was also growing anxious, as their supplies were running low and they could not simply return, as they were lost and too far from the coast of the Earth Kingdom. However, an unfamiliar feeling hung in the air as a nostalgic sensation emerged from her soul.

"I think we're close." Katara said, following her Waterbender instincts. "We have to go that way." She pointed to a large patch of fog a few miles away.

"It looks like a storm," Aang commented, feeling as if the place they were in was becoming more familiar.

"We're not missing anything, let's go then." Sokka said, deciding to trust his sister's instincts.

Meanwhile, in the Northern Water Tribe, Yoshie was in the spiritual oasis, meditating near the natural lake there. She wrapped her fingers around a small plant in the fertile soil.

Princess Yue just watched what her spiritual counterpart was doing, not understanding why she was so focused on that plant.

A white light surrounded the plant's leaves all the way to its roots, and within moments, its shape changed until it grew into a small 3-meter tree.

"Wow." Yue looked at the newly grown tree in amazement. "The power of life is most impressive when you see it in action."

"I feel the presence of La and Tui in this place, they have been reborn." Yoshie said in surprise and opened her eyes as she suddenly felt the presence of her Spiritual Mother along with the Moon Spirit.

Yue looked around the spiritual oasis, but he could not sense the subtle manifestation of the recent physical reincarnation of the primordial water spirits.

"I don't feel their presence." Yue said confusedly, approaching Yoshie. "Are you sure you felt their reincarnation?"

"I'm sure they're here in this oasis, but I have no idea where they are... their energy has subtly appeared here." Yoshie looked at the plants and animals that were visible to her eyes, curiously searching for the primordial goddess of the ocean.

"Each time they reincarnate, they can take on any form that represents life itself, be it an animal or a plant, but that is entirely up to them." Yue said.

Two little fish that had just been born watched the two women talking, and both of them were happy with the natural way they communicated, as if they had known each other for a long time.

[I told you they would get along.] La said telepathically to Tui who was swimming next to her.

[I admit I was worried, but they seem to be getting along well.] Tui replied, feeling relieved. [What do you want to do now? Do you want to reveal yourself to them?]

[We can enjoy some time alone, a romantic date like we always do]. La couldn't resist teasing her husband. [I want something deeper this time.]

[Last time we did this, we literally made a tsunami.] Tui said, worried about the damage they could do.

[I was just joking, but since you are considering it...] La said in a more provocative voice.

[Oh no...] Tui whispered to himself, knowing La's wild side personality, something he had to adapt to during their countless intimate moments.

Yue and Yoshie, seeing that it was almost noon, walked together to the only entrance that led to the spiritual oasis.

"Yoshie, why don't you join me and my father for lunch? Maybe it would be a good idea for the two of you to try to talk again." Yue said, hoping that her father and Yoshie could get along.

"Yue, I really want to stay out of situations that could clearly be uncomfortable." Yoshie replied and crossed her arms. "I'm going to hunt for something at sea, so I'll see you later."

Before Yoshie and Yue separated, they both felt a unique and powerful energy approaching the Northern Tribe. Yue was a little confused for a moment, but Yoshie recognized the energy and couldn't help but grimace.

"The Avatar has arrived." Yoshie announced worriedly, knowing that her presence might cause a hostile moment between the Avatar and her group. "Well... That's practically a sign for me to leave."

Yue held Yoshie's hand tightly, not wanting to let her go because of the bad relationship she had with the Avatar and his group. "Don't even think about it."

"Yue, I don't want any trouble." Yoshie said sincerely, not wanting to disappoint Yue even though she knew the circumstances of the enmity with the Avatar.

Yue held both of Yoshie's hands and wanted her to look into her eyes. "You said yourself that nothing can surpass you, so there's nothing to fear." She hugged Yoshie, making her tense from the touch for a moment. "I know you're influenced by La's powers and I'm influenced by Tui's powers. We're not naive, so you don't have to worry about me, but most of all, I don't want you to limit yourself because of me."

Yoshie just sighed, instinctively knowing that Yue was right, so she relied on her to keep the situation under control.

"Alright then, I'll stay by your side, but don't overdo it." Yoshie warned, trying to change the romantic mood they had just entered.

Yue jumped for joy. "Very well then, let's go." She pulled Yoshie's hand, knowing that her counterpart would not even object.

"You know very well that this could lead to an unnecessary fight..." Yoshie commented, looking obviously bored.

"As long as you don't kill anyone, everything will be fine." Yue smiled softly.

"Why are you so enthusiastic?" Yoshie asked.

Yue smiled more seductively than usual, causing Yoshie to tense up. "I really love your reactions."

"Pervert." Yoshie whispered.

"A tip, maybe it would be better if you try to apologize to each of the Avatar's friends. I know you don't regret what you did, but if you really want to avoid a fight that could destroy the city, do it." Yue's friendly tone hid the fact that it was a literal order, which was easily noticed by Yoshie, who only responded with an eye roll.
