[Jin's room]

Jin wakes up to find herself being undressed by a maid with silver hair.

Jin is startled and asks.

"Woah what are you doing!"

The Maid steps back and says

"I-Im Sorry! I didn't mean to!"

Jin calms down and says

"It's Fine."

"Pretty sure this is what you were hired for."

The maid then bows down and says

"Thank you so much for your kindness!"

Jin then responds with

"No problem!"

She then leaves the room to leave Jin wondering what her first mission should be in this new world.

She lays back down on the bed just thinking to herself.

She sits there until she hears horns coming from outside the palace.

She gets up to see what all the fuss is about.

[Outside..]

She walks outside to find the Queen being escorted to the city.

It seems the queen has some type of political meeting today.

Jin decides that she has no business in political affairs which means she should just go off and do something else.

Jin heads into town expecting to find some low-level quests to do.

[Quest hall]

Situated within the heart of a majestic royal city, lies a grandiose quest hall that exudes an air of mystery and adventure.

This remarkable establishment serves as a hub for intrepid adventurers, eager to embark on daring quests and unravel the secrets that lie within the realm.

The quest hall stands as a testament to the city's rich history and the courage of its inhabitants, attracting both locals and visitors alike.

Nestled amidst the bustling streets and towering architecture of a regal metropolis, the Quest Hall is a beacon of excitement and opportunity.

As one steps through its ornate entrance, they are immediately transported into a world of enchantment and possibility.

The walls of the hall are adorned with ancient tapestries, depicting legendary heroes and mythical creatures, inspiring all who enter to embark on their heroic journeys.

Within its hallowed halls, adventurers gather to receive quests from wise sages and seasoned explorers, forging alliances and honing their skills before venturing into the unknown.

The quest hall within the royal city is not merely a building, but a symbol of courage, ambition, and the unyielding spirit of adventure.

[Quest Hall]

Jin walks inside and she sees a counter where the guild clerk is.

She walks up to the guild clerk and asks if she could get a job or something.

The Guild clerk welcomes her in and says

"Hello!"

"I haven't seen you around here before. Are you new?"

Jin responds with

'Yeah, I'm new to this town."

The Guild Clerk then responds with

"Well, Let's get you started."

"What is your name?"

Jin Maki responds with

"I am Jin Maki."

The guild clerk then writes that down and says

"Alright then."

"Where were you born?"

Jin Maki then says

"Saitama, Japan."

The guild clerk attempts to find that on a map but she is unable to.

She then says

"That must be a land far, far, far away isn't it?"

Jin Maki chuckles and responds with

"Yeah."

"It's out of this world."

The guild clerk laughs again and leaves another room to go get something.

She then comes back to hand Jin Maki an E-rank Card.

Jin then leaves the building.

[Outside..]

Jin takes a deep breath, looking around at the bustling streets of the city.

Her E-rank card clutched in her hand, she starts exploring, hoping to find some quests that suit her current abilities.

As she walks, she spots a bulletin board filled with various quests posted by townspeople.

Jin approaches it and scans through the papers, looking for something manageable.

[Quest Board]

The board is a wooden structure with numerous sheets of paper pinned to it, each detailing a different quest.

Some are written in elegant script, others hastily scrawled, but all offer rewards for completed tasks.

Jin reads through a few quests:

- "Help with Farm Work: Reward 10 Gold"

- "Defeat the Bandits near the Northern Forest: Reward 50 Gold"

- "Escort a Merchant to the Next Town: Reward 30 Gold"

She decides to start small and picks up the farm work quest.

It seems simple enough and a good way to start getting accustomed to the local customs and people.

[Farm]

The farm is located just outside the city.

Jin walks down a well-trodden path, following the directions on the quest sheet.

She soon arrives at a quaint, rustic farmstead, where an elderly farmer is tending to his crops.

Jin approaches him and says.

"Hello, I'm here to help with the farm work.

"I took your quest from the Quest Hall."

The farmer looks up and smiles warmly.

He then says

"Ah, thank you, young lady."

"My old bones aren't what they used to be."

"I could use all the help I can get."

He introduces himself as Mr. Gray and shows Jin around the farm, explaining the tasks that need to be done: watering the crops, feeding the animals, and harvesting some vegetables.

Jin rolls up her sleeves and gets to work.

[Farm Work]

As Jin works, she finds the tasks physically demanding but manageable.

She uses her abilities sparingly, not wanting to attract too much attention.

By the end of the day, she's covered in dirt but feels accomplished.

Mr. Gray hands her a small pouch of gold coins and says,

"Thank you, young lady. You've been a great help. Here's your reward."

Jin takes the pouch and smiles,

"Thank you, Mr. Gray. It was a pleasure helping you."

[City Streets]

With her first quest completed, Jin feels more confident. She heads back into the city, planning to return to the Quest Hall to find another quest.

On her way, she hears a commotion and sees a group of people gathered around a street performer.

Curious, she makes her way through the crowd to get a better look.

The performer, a young woman with long, flowing hair, is juggling flames with incredible skill. The crowd is mesmerized, and Jin can't help but be impressed.

[Street Performer]

The performer notices Jin and winks at her before concluding her act with a flourish, extinguishing the flames in her hands. The crowd erupts into applause, and Jin joins in, thoroughly entertained.

The performer approaches Jin and says,

"You're new here, aren't you? I'm Lyra."

Jin nods and replies,

"Yes, I'm Jin. Just arrived recently."

Lyra smiles,

"Welcome to our city, Jin.

If you ever need a guide or just someone to show you around, let me know. I know all the best spots."

Jin thanks her and they part ways, with Jin feeling a bit more connected to this new world.

[Quest Hall]

Back at the Quest Hall, Jin decides to take on a slightly more challenging quest: escorting a merchant to the next town.

It promises a decent reward and the chance to see more of the surrounding area.

She signs up for the quest and is given the details. The merchant, Mr. Elson, is waiting at the city gates with his caravan.

[City Gates]

Jin meets Mr. Elson, a portly man with a friendly demeanor. He greets her warmly,

"You must be Jin! Ready for an adventure?"

Jin smiles,

"Absolutely. Let's get going."

Together, they set off on the journey, Jin feeling both excited and a little nervous about what lies ahead.

[Journey]

The path to the next town winds through scenic landscapes, with rolling hills and dense forests.

Jin keeps a watchful eye out for any danger, knowing that bandits and wild creatures could be lurking.

They travel for a few hours without incident, chatting about various topics.

Mr. Elson shares stories of his travels and gives Jin valuable insights into the world they live in.

[Encounter]

As they approach a dense forest, Jin senses something amiss.

She signals Mr. Elson to stop and listens carefully. Sure enough, she hears rustling in the bushes nearby.

Suddenly, a group of bandits emerges, weapons drawn. The leader, a burly man with a scar across his face, snarls,

"Well, well, what do we have here? Hand over your valuables and no one gets hurt."

Jin steps forward, ready to defend Mr. Elson and herself.

She channels her powers, preparing to use her abilities if necessary.
