CHAPTER 25: EX CORP.

Ryu's appeared suddenly in front of a skyscraper getting passerbys attention as they took gaze of him. Not minding the attention, he raised his head up to the sky, seeing the massive logo of EX/P of the top on the skyscraper, which matched the same logo on the card.

"This should be the place" Ryu's said, he got nervous as he was about to enter the building.

" its funny to think that a creepy guy who i met an alley would ask me to meet him here" Ryu said, being nervous and cautious. He doesn't still trust the guy but he has to find out what offer his willing to propose. His nervousness i crested as he tooks steps to the building main door, which opened automatically and he entered.

As he entered the building it was very spacious, the cool breeze of the air conditioners filled his body despite him wearing a sweater. The tiled floor was polished to sparkle as Ryu turned his head down to the ground and could easily see his reflection like a mirror. At his far right he could a door and on top of it was a picture of stairs.

"This is unbelievable" Ryu said in awe of what he was seeing.

Although surprised, he didn't loose sight of why he came here in the first place.

It then downed on Ryu that what he was seeing was the first floor, the receptionist floor. Ahead of him, he could see a counter with a lady seated behind it and seems to be working.

He walked forward to the receptionist counter where he stood waiting.

A young lady, definitely looks a lot a older than his elder sister was just there seated behind the counter.

*SIGH*

Ryu's sighed already tired as the lady was there pretending not to see him. She was wearing white long sleeve shirt with black tight skirt which was reaching little above her knee.

"Is this bitch serious?" Ryu asks himself as he stared at her with a dull look on his face with what seemed like killing intention showing in his eyes. If his eyes were like daggers she would have been dead, his gaze on her intensified as he seconds turned to minutes.

It was not assive she was doing something important,

Ryu stood and watched as the lady was raising her phone up and taking selfies of herself despite being aware of his presence.

"Even Claire that's younger than her doesn't do this" Ryu said inwardly comparing the level of maturity between the lady and his sister.

"This one mentality seems poor"

Ryu said inwardly,

"Claire is definitely smarter than her this" Ryu said inwardly and didn't notice his lips curving into a smile from his thoughts.

The lady seeing Ryu smile as she took pictures, found it irritating as she could not tell what he was thinking that's causing his smile. The lady dropped her phne and turned on the computer in front of her to attend to Ryu, so he can go away.

"How may I help you" The lady said, with a stern voice, snapping Ryu out of his thoughts.

"Took you long enough" Ryu said inwardly,

"This bitch should better respect her age, does she think shes still young" Ryu said,in his mind as he turned to face her.

"I came to see someone" Ryu said, the lady then signed assive he was frustrating her existence.

"Does this someone have a name"

She asked,

"I dont know his name" Ryu said innocently as he stared at the card in his hand.

"Great" The lady said sacarstically as she stared at him.

"If you don't mind leaving I have more important things to do" She yelled, before she carried her phone and resumed taking pictures or herself with it.

"Well that was rude" Ryu said and she ignored,

He turned his head back to look at the card in his hand.

"Since there's no point being here let me just drop this thing" He said, he realized it was also stupid to come to a place like this to see someone you don't even know.

Ryu placed the card on the counter, turned around and began to leave.

The young lady who was taking pictures, notice him drop something on her counter. She turned a little to take a peek of what it was and seeing the card her eyes widened in shock.

"Wait!!!!"

The lady yelled calling out to Ryu.

Ryu on the other hand was doubt running through his mind as he walked almost reaching buildings main door.

"Come"

She yells as her voice echoed through the surroundings, basically because it was only her and him present in the receptionist side.

"What now?" Ryu asked himself as he turned around and walked back to him. Ryu watched as she took the card and made a turn out of the reception counter and walked towards him.

"Come with me" She said in a quite polite tone unlike before.

She turned around and began to walk forward, making her way to the elevator as he followed her from behind.

"Wait what just happened" Ryu's asked himself as at that moment, he was confused and didn't understand the sudden change in the womans attitude.

"Maybe shes under a curse" He said to himself as he followed her from behind to the elevator. She pushed a button and after a few moments of silence between them, a light ding sound was heard and the elevator doors opened up and she entered. Ryu still unsure of what was going on stood in place contemplating whether to enter or not, as far as his concerned the sudden change in her attitude makes her unable to be trusted.

"Please come" She said being alot more polite than before.

Ryu sighs and walked into the elevator and stood by her side. The elevator door closed and as it closes light slow music began to play. Ryu is still yet to grasp a clear understanding of the situation, until the lady placed her hand on the elevator buttons, pulling a secret compartment like a card slot. Which was well hidden and you wouldn't even know it was there.

She placed the card into it and pressed the last button,the button gave a sharp blue glow. Then the elevator shook like there was an earthquake.

He was shocked and then shifted his gaze towards and seeing adjusting herself and the way she dressed and also opening the second button on her chest as the elevator took them to who knows where.
