Argument

My heart plummeted as Zephara's voice pierced the tender moment, shattering the fragile bubble of intimacy that had enveloped us. With a heavy sigh, I turned away from Ava, my gaze meeting Zephara's furious stare as she stormed towards them, her sword drawn and glinting in the candlelight.

"What is the meaning of this?" Zephara demanded, her voice laced with anger as she leveled her sword at Ava. "Are you so easily swayed by her, Leora? You don't really know who she is Leora?"

Ava raised her hands in a gesture of peace, her expression calm despite the tension crackling in the air. "Zephara, please," she said, her voice steady. "There's no need for violence. Leora and I were simply enjoying a dinner together."

But Zephara was beyond reason, her anger boiling over as she took a threatening step forward. "Stay out of this, Ava," she snapped, her eyes blazing with fury. "This is between me and Leora."
