Avoid her

I sat alone in the dimly lit corridor of the castle, my plate of half-finished breakfast balanced precariously on my lap. Each bite felt heavy and tasteless as I chewed mechanically, my thoughts consumed by the lingering tension between me and Zephara. I had hoped that escaping to the solitude of the corridor would offer me some reprieve from the turmoil that churned within me, but even here, I found no solace.

" What should I do, I think that I cannot avoid her forever but I don't want to be the one to talk first I want her to apologizes." I said with a sigh.

Lost in my own thoughts, I was startled when the sound of approaching footsteps echoed down the corridor. I glanced up to see Lise, making her way towards me with a concerned expression on her face.

"Leora, what are you doing out here?" Lise asked, her voice soft with genuine concern as she took a seat beside me.
