Early on Sunday Wilhelm and friends sprang awake. Nathaniel already seated at the breakfast table greeted them. All of them described how much they were awaiting everybody else's arrival. Wilhelm's grandma was busy helping in the kitchen. Soon they would be joined by Inger Wilhelm's mother. Inger's arrival would be via the airport.

Driver was getting ready. He had been assigned the responsibility of ensuring Wilhelm's mother safe delivery. Wilhelm with Nathaniel in their enthusiasm climbed to the windows. They expected a colorful reception of their mom. Their mom equalled their enthusiasm. She had promised them about the fantastic goodies she would give once she arrived home.

This friend of Lena's, who remembered Wilhelm's mother quite well as she had seen her some time ago thought her to be young and beautiful. In her memory she was friendly too. Lena longed for the mother's arrival. She would be glad to see lovely mother once again.

Finally arriving home, Inger had souvenir bags for everyone. Fine rose tea and black tea from Fortnum & Mason were for Grandma. Animal mascot shirts and a Harrod teddy bear were for Nathaniel. Wilhelm was beside himself over his Harry Potter model kit, which he had wanted forever.

She had also brought them souvenirs for Wilhelm's friends, which got them equally excited. All of them jumped up to see what they had got.

"Thank you so much, Mom!" Wilhelm exclaimed with excitement as he hugged his mother. "I love my gift. It's exactly what I wanted!"

Inger smiled at her son. "I'm glad you like it, Wilhelm. I also brought some souvenirs for your friends. I hope they like them too."

All of them started to unwrap their presents, and each was surprised to find that they were sort of special and private gifts from Inger. When she finally arrived home, it must have been very invigorating and joyful for all those present at home.
