He knelt down, took out a plastic ring and stared at the man standing right in front of him. "Prince Charming," he said sheepishly. "Will you be my father?" he finally said in a go.
Alexander Velvac, stared at the small figure in front of him, amused and impressed. He smiled and finally nodded in agreement. "I will."
Anna Mathews, never thought that her life would turn that way. She always thought that it's better for her to forget about the past. But what will she do when her past is catching up to her?

Alex settled behind his computer, his eyes fixed on the screen, as he typed the scheduled for the latter. He already emailed it to the HR department. Deep inside him, he knew that Anna was capable for it, but he wanted to make sure that it wasn’t just an assumption. 


A gentle knock at the door, broke his imagination. “Hello grandfather.” He greeted at the small figure standing cheerfully at the door. Yet a small wariness appeared as he approached the latter. 


“Hello my son.” He sat down, his legs stretched long. 


“Ah, it gets worst with age.” He lazily added. “But I have learned to accept it as a part of my life now.” 


“How many times have we told you to get it checked.” 


“My son, when you will reach my age and realized that everything you acquired until now, is baseless without the one you love by your side. Then you’ll understand my feelings.” He sadly added. 


“I know grandfather. We miss grandmother too.” He sighed.
