CHAPTER 4:Evil returns!!

after getting up from the floor you walked to the fuse box and place the new fuse inside,the red light turned green, then the both of you walked inside the elevator.

Rose:(pressing the button again and again) uggggggggh! Why won't this thing work?

Y/N: Something bad is gonna happen.

after you said that an evil laughter could be heard,you stayed calm while Rose was looking around,then the door shut close,and the elevator start moving down.

Rose:(in angry voice) why are you doing this?

"You're after the crystal,aren't you?"

Rose: Do you know where it is ?

Y/N: are asking the one who want to torture us where is the way to get out of here?

Rose: it sound stupid i know but what i could do?

Y/N: by the looks of the situation i don't think that she have it,even if she did she would not give it to us just like that,she clearly want us dead, more specifically she wants you dead,she seem obsessed with you,i think she dose not have anyone or anything.

"SHUT UP! NOW LET KEEP PLAYING! look Rose I've gathered some "friends" just for you.(light shutting off) Entertain them and maybe I'll tell!"

Y/N: See i told you.

Rose: yeah yeah.

then the light turned back on and the elevator door opened,looking around as the both of you stepped out of the elevator,you found yourselves not only in a room full of dolls,but a giant dolls.

Rose: what's going on her? those doll are so big.

Y/N: come on now let's keep moving that crazy bitch will speak with her annoying voice again.

"Poor little Rose."

Y/N:and i spoke too soon.

"I'm waiting for you in the back bedroom."

Rose: look another note from her.

"Let's play hide and seek! Can you make it all the way here without getting caught?"

Rose: another game(sigh) why is she doing this? i don't even know her.

Y/N: it seems that she know you but you don't,maybe she knows someone from your family.

Rose: my father maybe? i don't know...let's...let's just keep moving i want that Crystal.

Y/N I will lead the way, So... all other sides are blocked except under that table, let get under it.

as the both of you couched under a table that was leading to the other part of the room,you ones again heard her speaking to Rose again.

Oh look, your friends want to play hide-and seek. think you can evade them on your way here?

then a group of doll passed by with spider like arms with blades sticking out of them,their laughs made you pull Rose closer to you so they could not see her.

Y/N: things are getting more dangerous...please stay close to me,i don't want anything to happen to you alright?

Rose:(blushing) a-alright.

as you continued making your way,one of the dolls passed by the end of the hallway that you were about to take,it had a light coming out of it eyes,illuminating it way.

Y/N: I think we should stay out of that light,Other than that we are safe.

Rose: So we can't let them see us.

you start walking behind the doll and every time it look behind,You hide behind a cover,then after passing it,you found that your way was blocked by one of the extensions those Core things.

Y/N: the Core is nowhere to be seen i think we should follow that vain like thing,it will lead us to it.

Rose i guess we should keep heading this way?

Y/N: there's another one that way,so we better be careful,turn on your flash light,i think it dose not matter if the was it.

Rose: it's so dark here, we're lucky that we have flashlight,let's hide behind those boxes until it moves away.

Y/N:(patting her head) good thinking,let's move, and remember to stay behind me we might not have weapon but i have the combat skills.

Rose:(pouting) i can take care-

before she could finish you placed your hand on her mouth,then she looked as one of the dolls was very close to you,you then took out a bullet from a mag and threw it on the corner of the room,when the bullet hit the wall and it made a loud sound,the doll looked at it direction and quickly moved to sound source.

Y/N there's another on and it seems like she dose not have movement pattern,it just standing ther looking a the wall.

Rose: let's just move before the other doll return.

you quickly but quietly moved,to the other side of the room using the wall that is separating you from the other doll as a cover,but then the other doll came back,Rose held your hand tightly as you were hiding,waiting for it to pass by, this time it was offoly close,and was close that you can hear it laugh,your position didn't give you a chance to do the bullet trick again giving that it was behind the wall that you're hiding behind.as you were about to lean in and look if it was safe to move Rose stopped

Rose:(whispering)Don't do anything stupid,what if it got you,i don't want the first person that i care about beside my mom to die.

Y/N:....i was able to see a a path leading above,let's wait for it to move out of the way then we should be able to move,and thank for worrying about me,come on now let's go it went away.

you took her hand and go away from your hiding spot,and went up,but before you could make your way further another on of the dolls was coming back and forth guarding to path ahead,the both of you ones again hide behind some boxes,the Rose looked through a gap between two boxes then she looked at you before pointing her finger at something.

Rose: look the Core is there let get closer so i can destroy it.

Y/N: Roger that,just follow my lead we will follow behind it as it go to the opposite direction of ours.

after giving you a small nod the both of you made your way to the Core crouch walking,Rose was still holding your hand and she didn't even let go after you reached the Core.

Rose: Okay let's do this.

her hands were shaking you could feel it as you were still holding it,You then gave it a gentle squeeze,Making her open her eyes and look back at you,before she waved her hand above the Core and turning it into ashes.

Y/N: Great job,Now let's go back that path must be clear now.

now that the path is clear you went back your way,avoiding the dolls that you passed before.when you continued to the path ahead you saw a doll blocking your way,then the voice of that girl spoke to you again.

"Ugh,you're so stubborn,Well, there are still plenty of friends waiting"

Rose:what will you do now,there's one blocking our way?

you then start looking around,then when you looked up you saw another Core,you followed it veins and saw that it was holing a big bird cage that was close to the doll that was blocking your path,you tapped Rose's shoulder and pointed at the Core then at the Cage,she gave you a nod before she use her powers and destroyed the Core making the cage fall down and make a loud noise.

"Did you Hear that?Get her!"

the doll went to the Cage and start hitting it with their blades,getting distracted by it,Rose ones again held your hand as you walked pass it to the other side.

Y/N:did you hear what she said,she dose not know were we are,at least we got that to our side.

as you start walking through your path,you saw more dolls a head,they were circling a bird cage and hitting it with the blades.

Rose:So many (holding your hand tighter)if they see us.we're toast.There's got to be something we can do.

you gave her hand a gentle squeeze before you pulled her into a place to cover yourselves behind a huge wood board,and there one of the corners of the path you came from there was another Core holding a Cage with it veins,Rose used her powers again and made it drop it,again the cage fell and made a loud noise getting their attention,as the dolls stopped what they were doing and floated to the other Cage they passed near your hiding spot,you held Rose to your chest Covering her with your body to make sure she dose not get hurt if they saw you.after they go distracted Rose looked at you with an angry look,as she whispered.

Rose:why did you do that what if they saw you and you got hurt?

Y/N: but they didn't come on now the path is clear...are you still scared?

Rose:who wouldn't?

you then cupped her faced before giving her a small kiss on her forehead then on her lips.

Y/N: are you better now?

Rose(blushing) yeah... a little.

after you helped her up,you walked through a big opened door to another room that had more and more of those dolls,there were boxes everywhere and was like a maze,and in the middle of the ceiling there was Core that had all of it veins spreading though the ceiling.

Rose: we just have to get past them.

Y/N:how there's two of them guarding the core from above, and many more guarding it from below not moving and others patrolling the whole area, can't you do it from here?

she stood up tried to use her power on the Core but she couldn't destroy it,she crouched back next to you and said.

Rose: nope can't reach that.

she then start breathing rapidly,you know that the situation that you're in is bad and it's hard to get out of it but again you have to make her know.

Y/N: come on Rose,you can do this just stay calm,i will think of something to do to get us out of here.

Rose: how can you do it?How can you stay calm in situations like these?

Y/N:i'm used to things like this i have been doing it since i was.....i don't know and i don't want to know but let's get back to you-

Rose: no you have been worrying about me so much why is that why do you care that much about me?why are you being so nice to me? aren't you a solider who don't have any emotions?how can you know what to do.

after your long speech that you whispered to her,she start breathing normally then she got closer to you and hugged you tightly as the two of you sat on the floor.

Rose: somethings along the way made me question it.

Y/N:is it this crazy girl that is obsessed with you,don't listen to her i assure you she's just jealous because you have a handsome boyfriend now.

Y/N: i know that i didn't make it clear when i first kissed you i'm new to those things but now it feel easy to do.,so now do you feel better?

again you helped her up and start making your way to the other side of the room walking and crouching carefully and slowly,hiding behind covers every time a doll comes by until you arrived under a desk that had a big lantern under it,you crouched under it.then Rose saw another Core that was holding one of those Cages

Rose: look a Core maybe it's carrying one of those cages.

then she use her powers on that core and indeed a Cage dropped on the other side making all the dolls even who were not moving go to it,then she got out from under the desk and go closer o the Core now that the area is clear,after destroying it a path that was blocked by the Core veins opened and you were able to go to the other room and continue your progress.the room that are in now was smaller than the previous ones it had a big desk on the center of it and other chairs and furniture,as soon as you stepped in side you heard a loud banging on the door that was the other side of the room,then is opened with a lot of force and a giant Mannequin got inside, the sound of it loud foot steps filled the room,Rose then took your hand and pulled you to hide under the desk,then the girl that trapped you here start speaking.

You know what happens to little girls who can't play nice,don't you? they get punished. and that boyfriend of yours he was not suppose to be here,he ruined everything,when i get him i will make his death slow and painful then i will make poor little Rose watch.

Rose:No way what are gonna do now?

Y/N: it seems like it operate like the other small dolls we just need to stay out of the light that is coming from it eyes,when it walk away from the door we go for it.

you waited for the giant Mannequin until it walked away from the door,you took this chance and run out of the room then you found one of these "Spring of white Sage" plants on a box Rose grabbed it as she ran pass it and consumed it energy then she used that energy to freeze one of the dolls that was blocking your way and continued running,then you arrived at another section.

Rose: i think the bedroom is just over there.

you then arrived at what it looked like the bigger version of the kitchen,then ones again the giant Mannequin came in looking for you,it was walking slowly around the room,you took that as an advantage and slipped pass it,on the way Rose Destroyed another Core and the both of you went inside the bedroom,then when you entered everything went dark for a second and when the light got back,giant doll heads were surrounding you and Rose,then oe of them turned it head toward her and said with that girl voice.

"No one likes Rose"

another one" Because she's a freak"

Rose:Hey!

"She has those creepy powers"

Rose: what?

"just like her dad"

"That's why she doesn't have any friends"

Y/N: Rose don't pay attention to them that's not true.

"shut up! she know it true"

"what's wrong with her"

"it's because of her father"

Y/N: she have nothing wrong with her unlike you,you're jealous of her because she's better than you in everything.

"I WILL KILL YOU, GET THEM NOW MOTHER"

then the giant Mannequin came from behind all of these dolls and start chasing the two of you,you start running away out of the bedroom,when you got out you and Rose closed the giant door behind you to stop the giant Mannequin from chasing you,then you kept running away out of this place,as you kept running you saw giant doll heads with mold covering them coming from the floor.

"after i kill him you will be back to being the girl that don't have any friends"

Rose: leave him alone!

"i will kill him and you will be alone again"

"but i will tutor him first until her forgets you then i will kill him"

"or i can make him one of my dolls"

Rose: shut up!

"or maybe i will give you the crystal and you will give him to me"

Rose: no way i'm doing that even if it's true.

"that's why no one loves you Rose"

Rose: you're wrong i have someone now.

Y/N: look a gap on the wall i think we can get out of here.

Michael:" i finally found you! let's go!"

after you went through the gap the giant Mannequin tried to reach to you and grab you by it hand,you held Rose tightly to you as you crawled backwards,then Michael slammed a big drawer at it arm breaking it to pieces.Rose then kissed you after taking her breath,the both of you go back on your feet,then Rose asked.

Rose:why are they talking about my father i never even met him.

Micheal:"Do you...Resent him?

Rose: No...i don't know...I don't know the first thing about him...i wish i did.

she said as she sat on the floor and you joined her wrapping your arm around her shoulder,all i know is...her died protecting me...sometimes i try to imagine what my life would have been like if her hadn't died...would he have taught me to ride a bike? helps me with my homework?Read me a story every night?would he have been there for me? Proud of me?Sometimes when i feel lost or afraid...i try to imagine what he might have said to me.

Micheal:"come"..."I have something you should see"

then it went dark and when you opened your eyes again you found yourselves in different room,a clean and modern, it seemed like it dose not belong to the castle.

Rose:where are we?

you and Rose start looking around trying to figure out where you are right now,then Micheal wrote something on a table.

"You're safe here"

Rose: it feel familiar...like i have been here before(touching a coach).

she then gave her hand to you and you held it,she start looking around the house you're in with a smile on her face.

Rose:Look at all the decorations,Same kind of a party.

Y/N:(she's really looking happy,that's a good change but Micheal is hiding something and i think i know what it is but i need to make sure first)so Rose you can't ride a bike?

Rose:oh yes...i don't know but it hard for me to do it.

Y/N: it's okay i can teach you when we get out of her,don't worry it will be as easy as raiding a bike.

Rose:very funny i don't know why but i think my father would have liked that joke.

Rose:Upstairs we'll take a look,(smile) but first let's see what is here,come on let's go.

she gave you hand a gentle squeeze before pulling you through what it seemed like the living room,she then saw a photo of a married couples with a baby sitting on it dad's shoulders as they were walking on the beach in the sunset, and as soon as touched it the both of you heard a man's voice saying.

Rose:Y/N this must be my parents house from when i was a baby., I bet other things also have my dad's memories.

when you entered the the storage room you found baby food jars on one of the shelves,then Rose touched them like she did to the other things before.

you picked up a glass bottle and broke it on the desk you were about to stab her with it when the both of you got sucked down the floor with mold surrounding you,Rose start to panic.

Rose:No! no! Micheal? Micheal,Help! Micheal! No!

Y/N:Calm down Rose.

before you were full sucked you threw the broken bottle at her,it hit her on the face and made some cuts on it,the last thing you saw was her angry face.when you both got up you found yourselves in another room,Rose was laying on top of you,and as soon as she opened her eyes you hugged her tightly,but then ones more your moment was ruined by her walking to you.

Y/N: Eveline, code name E-001, is a bioweapon in the form of a young girl.

Y/N:I know her i read many files about your parents and she's the one who made their life like hell.

Eveline: Why did you come here and how did you come here?she said that you will be coming alone.

then she disappeared from infront of you and appeared in another place,you and Rose got up from the floor ready for whatever she might do,then you heard her say as she passed on the hallway behind you.

Eveline: Of course not.

Rose walked and was about to check it when you held her arm and pulled her closer to you and giving her a look.then she appeared in the room behind you.making rose jump and hide behind you as you took you battle stance.

Eveline: Poor Rose,She can't trust anyone.

Rose: why are you doing this?!

Y/N: She's jealous,because unlike her your not alone anymore an you have someone that loves you.

Eveline: No one loves you! and when he's ead,no one will be left to care about you! she said as laughed while getting sucked by the mold on the floor.

Y/N: Where is a shotgun when you need it,she's crazy.

Eveline: Enough games,Now you'll drown.

Y/N:the floor is getting filled with mold let's get out of here.

Rose:We need to get out of this house!

ones again you start running away while making sure you don't get caught by the mold.

Eveline: I came first

Y/N:Come on let's get downstairs...Shit a Core come on use your powers.

Rose: Got it.Done! we can pass now.

She the teleported in front of and held Rose by her arm making you both stop in your track.

Y/N:Come on keep moving the mold is getting close from behind!

the those dolls flew toward you,with their blades ready to kill Rose,giving that you're in full tactical armor you jumped in and shielded Rose with your body,some of the blades went through the armor leaving cuts on your boy,but then Rose used her powers and pushed them back,even with your body is wounded you continued to run with Rose as she used her powers to stop all the threats.

Eveline: DIE! DIE!

then you arrived to were was that elevator that you used in the first time to get here,you were about to get in when she appeared and grabbed Rose's arm again.

Eveline:They were supposed to die and join me here!

Rose:Let me go!

then lines of golden ash start covering the room,you watched it as you stood there holding your wound.it start covering Eveline,the both of you watched as she tried to remove Micheal Ash from her.then she said before she disappeared.

Eveline:How are you even here!?

then you lost your balance and fell down,Rose gasped before running to you,now noticing you wound. 

Rose:that will leave a Scare.

Y/N:Scars are a warrior's decoration

she let out a small laugh but her tear were still falling as she held your hand and placed it on her cheek.

Rose: please don't leave me it almost there we should be able to get out of here then we could go out,we can go to all the places the we didn't went to when we were kids,i will take you to meet mom and we will be a good family together,just hold on please and stay with me,i don't want to lose that feeling you gave me.

you moved your thumb and wiped the tears out of her face before you took a deep breath and taking a stimpack and injecting yourself in the stomach.

you brought her in to a kiss that made her melt in your arms,her tears didn't stop falling but she stopped shaking,and slowly wrapped her arms around your neck and kissed you back,you moved your hands to her waist.

Y/N:Come on now let get inside the elevator.

Micheal:"Hurry"

Rose:(getting inside the elevator) Micheal we made it out.

Micheal:"Be careful...We're not safe yet"

Rose: Y/N are you okay now,can you keep moving?

Y/N: yeah i'm okay i have been through worst than this and a cute in the shoulder won't kill me.

when the elevator stooped and it doors opened,you stepped outside,and continued making your way,Micheal writings star appearing more on the walls.

Micheal"Use your powers on her"..."I can help once she's weak"..."Those will help"

Rose picked the amplifier on the table and consumed it energy,then she took one of the first air mid and walked back to you then poured it on your shoulder making the wound heal more.

Rose:better?

Y/N:better,thank you Rose.

Michea:"Don't panic you got this"

Y/N: let go beat up a Little girl.

Eveline:You will never leave! never!(releasing waves)

she start screaming in anger and releasing energy waves,but you hid behind some furniture to stay safe.

Rose used her powers and you picked a chair and threw it at her,she the disappeared and reappeared on another side of the room.

Y/N:Don''t worry Ethan we will ,Rose We will do the same thing we did before i will throw somethings at her to make her angry and release those waves you stay behind covers and when she's resting use your powers on her.

Rose: Go it! wait did you say-

Eveline: But they're completely obsessed with stupid old Rose.(releasing waves)

you start throwing some things at her to make her get angry and release more energy waves.

ones again Rose stood up from behind the cover and used her powers on Eveline as she was resting,and ones again she disappeared and reappeared on another side of the room,this time she was releasing wind like energy along with those waves.

Eveline: You will Die here!

Y/N:(great she's using all of her powers,come on Ethan when will you do your thing?).

Micheal:"Watch you steps,She's releasing mold into the floor"

she then went up to the second floor and blocked the stairs with two Cores,without even telling her Rose start removing them,while you continued throwing things at Eveline.

Eveline: I was special!(releasing waves).You're worthless(releasing waves)No Escape(releasing waves.)

Rose: how can we get up there's nothing to cover behind when we get upstairs?

Y/N:I have an idea,you might not like it but we don't have a choice,i carry that table and use it as a shield you gonna stay behind me and when get the chance use your powers on her.

you then picked up a small table and waited for her to stop releasing waves then you ran upstair with Rose behind you,when you got close she released two waves but you used the table to block some of the impact,your plan was successful Rose was able to use her powers on her and make her retreat to a different place.

Y/N:this is it Ethan come on she's not releasing and waves,come on Rose you too!

Eveline: NO! Stop!

Ethan used his golden ash surrounding Eveline with it,and Rose joined him using her powers on her too.she then fell to the floor crying.

Eveline: I can't believe how useless I am,(sniff)No wonder no one loves me.

Y/N: Rose get back here don't get closer to her,don't let those tear deceive you.

Eveline:Get out!(release wave)

as she start getting angry the more her wind get powerful,your head was still hurt from being hit on the wall,she start walking toward Rose,you got up trying your best so that you keep your eyes open,holding a chair leg with a sharp head on it end,blood covered you face and you left eye you were ready for her to come at youbut then he came in and pushed Rose away to a door away from Eveline realm.

Ethan: Rose look out! Y/N leave this to me go after Rose,And please keep her safe for me,.

you then jumped out through the door and you seemed like you were falling through total darkness then your body hit water,you saw Rose she was not that far from you, you reached you and held hers then everything went dark,and when you opened your eyes you found yourself on a Forrest covered with snow,Rose was on top of you and when you touched her face she opened her eyes and as soon as she saw you she hugged you tightly.

Rose:Oh Micheal is he okay?...he didn't make it right?

Y/N: You mean Ethat?

Rose: That voice,My dad's voice So he was my dad.
