Chapter 6: The beginning of the game
Alex assigned skills to each character in his game. It seemed to him that each one had powers and abilities that were consistent with his role and with Marvel canon. Now he only needed to define the rules and objectives of his game.
G.A.M.E. Told him:
"You have assigned skills to each character. Now you must define the rules and objectives of your game. What rules and objectives do you want to define?"
Alex thought about the rules and objectives he wanted to define for his game. He wanted his game to be fun, challenging and interesting. He wanted it to have a story, a gameplay, and a replayability. He came up with the following rules and objectives:
"The rules of my game are:
- The game is action and adventure, with role-playing and simulation elements.
- The game takes place in the world of Marvel, specifically in the X-Mansion and its surroundings.
- The game lasts 10 hours, divided into 10 chapters.
- The game has a story mode and a free mode.
-The story mode follows the plot of Alex and his relationship with the Phoenix, the X-Men, the rebel mutants and Apocalypse.
- Free mode allows you to explore the setting, interact with the characters, carry out secondary missions and customize the protagonist.
- The game has a system of levels, experience points, skills and inventory.
- The game has a combat, stealth, dialogue and choice system.
- The game has a karma, reputation, romance and alignment system.
- The game has an achievement system, trophies, statistics and ranking system.
The objectives of my game are:
- The main objective is to complete the story mode and defeat Apocalypse.
- The secondary objective is to complete the free mode and obtain the maximum rewards.
- The tertiary objective is to complete the game with different options and see the different endings.
- The quaternary objective is to complete the game with the highest level of difficulty and obtain the highest score."
G.A.M.E. Told him:
"You have defined the rules and objectives of your game. Now your game is ready to be published and played. Do you want to publish and play your game now?"
Alex was excited to hear that his game was ready. He had created his first Marvel game, and he was eager to try it out. However, he also had some doubts and fears. What would happen if he didn't like his game? What if his game caused problems? What if his game attracted the attention of the other Game Masters?
Alex decided it was best to take a chance and see what would happen. He told G.A.M.E.:
"Yes, I want to publish and play my game now."
