Chapter 13

"Why would he be in China, his work place is Japan, wait, maybe China convinced him to come with the dungeon, after all, he is someone who values strength." He said to himself.

"A hero? Well, die." Vasilissa said to herself. The insects all swarmed around the hero. Rather than a cloud, it was more like a ball of bugs. But from within, a fire engulfed the insects, it burnt them into charcoal. Leaving nothing for the other insects to eat. But that didn't mean they didn't try, and they succeeded, but the flames burnt all of their energy, thus they didn't improve much.

"Tsk, if I wasn't asked to take care of myself, I would have eaten you." Vasilissa said, understanding Alexander's message.

She used the bracelet and teleported out of the area. The remaining insects all flew towards the hero, trying to eat him, but Endeavor just burnt them all.

Leaving their corpses which turned to light particles and flew into him, making him slightly stronger.

"So their words were true, these monsters really do increase one's strength like a game." Endeavor said with a smile, thinking of how he would get even stronger within the dungeon.

"So he came, I did not think he would come." Alexander said as Vasilissa teleported into the dungeon master room.

"I apologize, but a human managed to foil my plans." She said while kneeling.

"It doesn't matter, knowing someone like him, he will enter the dungeon, where he will be weakened, there you can have your revenge, and I don't think he will wait long, so get prepared." Alexander ordered her.

"Yes!" She replied while leaving.

"Now, let's create the next floor." Alexander said to himself.

"System, shop, floor."

[ Ancient Tomb

A tomb made many thousands of years ago, the tomb is guarded by traps and clay statues. This tomb is of a great emperor who was extremely rich. Those who enter are said to never leave.

Price: 3,000 ]

[ Great Wasp's Hive

A hive full of wasps, hornets, and bees, the place is made of wax and full of honey. Those who enter and leave are said to become very rich.

Price: 2,500 ]

[ Deep Forest

Much deeper into the forest lies monsters that people dare not dream of, for those that do, will never wake from their nightmare.

Price: 3,500 ]

"There are some good choices, a tomb would be full of treasures, those can enter and raid the tomb should be very rich. The hive is not very attractive compared to the other, sure, the honey is good, but there is no monopoly on it, and people with quirks might detriment the growth, and the last one has no attractive qualities.

System, I will buy the Ancient Tomb." Alexander declared.

[ Ancient Tomb bought. ] The system replied.

"Now, I need to buy some monsters to guard it. Now, to go with the theme of the guards an tomb, I think some clay golems and clay warriors will do well." Alexander said, he went through the shop and found a few options for him, the Clay Soldiers, Tomb guards, Dead Tomb raider, and Clay King's Royal Guards.

The Clay Soldiers were all over the intermediate tier, from first to tenth, but none of them were advanced. They wore clay armor and weld all types of clay weapons, although it is clay, they are more sturdy than steel.

Although there are not as much Tomb Guard, each one are of the advanced tier. They were like the Clay Soldier, made of clay, but these Tomb Guards are much more detailed and more human like.

The Dead Tomb Raider ranged from ithe beginning of intermediate to the middle of advanced, the deeper one goes, the stronger they are, they wear all types of clothing and weld all types of weapons.

The Clay King's Royal Guards are all at the peak of advanced. They wore heavy clay armor and weld large clay weapons. They were at the very end of the floor, right in front of and within the King's chamber.

As for the boss, it would be the Clay King himself, he was at the initial stage of expert, wielding a large scimitar and wore light clay armor, but what makes it so scary is its ability to make more Clay soldiers and Clay King's Royal Guards. It can make over a thousand Clay Soldiers and a hundred Clay King's Royal Guards.

Then with the remaining points he bought more treasure chests. Ones of higher quality, from intermediate to expert tier treasures, these are extremely rare items even in his past life.

He then bought a lot of traps, hundreds of traps, ranging from arrows to pitfalls, boiling oil, flame and more.

But he also bought an exchange floor, the problem is that he needs to buy the items, with his own money. Which is not very cash money of him.

"System, buy a bunch of basic tier items and have them sold at three times the price at the exchange floor." Alexander said.

[ Done ]

It would be probably the best way after imprisonment to get dungeon points, people are greedy after all.

And these items are monopolized by him, he is the original seller and producer. No one can offer a cheaper price without losing money. So of course he would increase the price, he would later alter the prices a bit, but for now it would be three times the price.

[ An Exchange Floor has been created, go there to buy great items ] This screen appeared before everyone within the dungeon as well as anyone who has entered the dungeon.

"What?" Thousands of people all asked in unison. A few cars almost even crashed into another.

"An exchange?" One of the higher ups asked.

"Yes, an exchange floor." Her servant reaffirmed.

"What is that?" She asked.

"We do not know, but what we can infer is that it will be like an exchange market, a place full of stalls where people can buy items from others, there are often no confirmed price and haggling is very prominent."

"Just a market. I see, but even a small market in the dungeon will probably be full of exotics items.

Go, bring everyone, be sure to bring money as well." She ordered.

"Yes!" The subordinate stated and left immediately.

Over a hundred people started to rush towards the dungeon, Endeavor who had never seen the dungeon just followed the government worker who was leading him.

"Why are there so many people, I thought you said that this was a secret thing." Endeavor asked in Japanese.

"It is, only a few hundred people know of this." The worker said in Japanese.

"Excuse me, but why are there so many people here?" The worker asked a nearby hero.

"You must only work in security, the dungeon just evolved, apparently an exchange floor appeared, apparently it is like a market in the dungeon, anything they sell must be magical." He said.

"Sir Endeavor, it would seem that an exchange floor has been formed by the dungeon."

"I see." He said, slowly comprehending the words.

"I just learned, you must use the Returner's stone to get there, you must think of trying to enter the exchange floor for it to work, not only that, but the currency is something called dungeon points, you can get those by killing the monsters." One of the heroes said, a puppet Alexander made to experience the world.

The other heroes really started to rush in. Many of these heroes have killed a good number of monsters. Over half of them even created a core.

Once they made it to the dungeon, they immediately used the returner's stone and teleported to the exchange floor. They saw hundreds of people walking through the exchange floor.

They even saw some people trying to haggle for a cheaper price.

They immediately tried to get to a stall to buy something. One of the heroes walked to a stall with five different items. One of them was a boot made of leather, it looked good and quite magical.

"Excuse me, but how much is that boot?" The hero asked.

"This boot is the Gale Boots, it increases speed passively but once a day, it can increase speed by thirty percent for a minute. It costs one hundred twenty dungeon points." The stall owner said.

"How to I check how much points I have?" The hero asked, trying to sound nice.

"You can do that by thinking 'Dungeon Points' in your mind." The stall owner said with a sigh.

'Dungeon Points.'

[ 163 Dungeon Points ]

The hero almost chocked on his spit. He had been in the dungeon for the past month. He worked hard and almost died twice and that is only enough for one pair of boots.

"Is there anything that can increase my physical strength?" The hero asked.

"This bracelet is called the Bracelet of Steel, it slightly increases one's defense and physical might. Once a day, you can double the strength of one attack. This costs one hundred and fifty points." The stall owner said with a yawn.

"I will buy it." The stall owner gave the bracelet to the hero and he saw as his points drained.

He placed his bracelet on his wrist and felt as his power increase by quite bit. Around five percent.

"At least this is worth it." He sighed.
