Clues

Jack glanced at Hinst and found that the captain of the armed forces bureau had a teasing and provocative look on his face. His eyes were full of contempt, as if mocking Jack's weakness.

Jack regained his composure. No matter how the other party provoked him, he knew he must not lose his cool.

"Captain Hinst, my Second Battalion also has a mission to complete. I hope you will let us pass," Jack said calmly, looking at him indifferently.

Hinst snorted and replied coldly, "Mission? You have a mission, so doesn't mine matter? Have you even considered that? There's no way I'll let you pass."

"So, you won't back down?" Jack narrowed his eyes and stared at the other man.

Hinst, unafraid, puffed out his chest and said arrogantly, "I won't let you through. If you have the guts, just force your way past!"

The soldiers of the armed forces around them sneered.

Jack took a deep breath and suddenly laughed.
