The Second Wish

"Huff, I am so tired today." Kiara entered her room and closed the door and sat on the bed. The rally was over, but she doubts that it will make any change at all.

"System, when you will start showing me the way to win the election. It is just around the corner." Kiara asked the system. It did not give her any commands at all. It just kept saying it's not time yet.

"WHEN THE RIGHT TIME WILL COME, THEN THE SYSTEM WILL NATURALLY HELP YOU TO WIN."

"..."

She did not talk again. She knew that it will just keep saying these same words. Suddenly, she remembers something,

"Hey system, you told me that I can make any wish, then you can also help me conquer the world?"

"YES, INDEED, THE SYSTEM WILL HELP YOU WITH THAT, BUT UNFORTUNATELY YOUR AGE IS NOT SUFFICIENT FOR THAT."

"Age? Wait, what is the relation between my wish and my age?" Kiara widens her eyes and asked the system. Is the System using her lifespan to fulfil her wishes?

"I HAVE CALCULATED AND HAVE FOUND THAT RIGHT NOW IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR YOU TO CONQUER THE WORLD. WHEN THE TIME WHEN IT WILL BE POSSIBLE, YOU WILL NATURALLY BE DEAD AT THAT TIME."

Kiara sighs in relief. Fortunately, she was wrong. But then a feeling of getting scammed emerged in her mind.

"But you said that you will help me with any wish, and now you are saying that you can't help me with this one? Didn't it mean you scammed me."

"HOST, WE CAN HELP YOU WILL ANYTHING THAT IS POSSIBLE WITH YOUR ABILITY. EVEN IF YOUR BODY AND SOUL IS NOT STRONG ENOUGH TO ACHIEVE IT, WE WILL THEN MAKE YOU STRONG ENOUGH TO ACHIEVE THAT. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU WISH TO DEFEAT THE WORLD'S STRONGEST HUMAN, THEN NATURALLY IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO ACHIEVE THAT WITH YOUR CURRENT STRENGTH. FIRST, WE WILL TRAIN YOU SO THAT YOU CAN BECOME POWERFUL ENOUGH TO DEFEAT THE WORLD'S STRONGEST HUMAN. THAT IS HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS. BUT THE VARIABLE THAT ARE RESTRICTING YOU FROM CONQUERING THE WORLD IS SO STRONG THAT IT IS LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOU TO CONQUER THE WORLD. THAT'S WHY WE WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THE VARIABLES ARE NO LONGER HERE."

Kiara was surprised by the system explanation. There are such peoples in this world that are capable of even stopping the system.

'It looks like the real masterminds are hidden in the dark after all.'

"But still, it doesn't remove the feeling of being scammed. Hmph, it looks like all the systems are scammer after all." Kiara had read the novels, and she had found that all the system are just scammers who scam their host.

She did not what she should choose for her rest wishes. Wealth? She already has it and will gain more when she will become prime minister. Her father's recovery? She would have chosen it, but her father is at the end of his life. He will probably die in a year. It's not that she is emotionless and ungrateful for her father, but she didn't see any benefits in this wish. And choosing this wish will waster one of her wish which she could use for something useful. Then, a wish strikes in her mind.

"System, can you give someone eternal life?"

"ETERNAL LIFE IS IMPOSSIBLE. EVEN GODS ARE NOT IMMORTAL."

She expected the answer, but still got disappointed. Then, came another big though in her puny human brain.

"Then, are you able to make me a god?" In the view of Kiara, it was a ridiculous wish. A human becoming a god? It is a great blasphemy. She has already expected to hear the system denial.

"YES, the SYSTEM CAN MAKE THE HOST A GOD. IS IT HOST'S SECOND WISH?" The system asked to confirm the wish.

Kiara was dumbfounded. I can be a god? She didn't hear it wrongly, right?

"System, are you sure!?" Kiara asked to confirm that her ears weren't ringing.

"YES, THE HOST CAN BECOME A GOD BY PROPER TRAINING, THOUGH IT WILL TAKE AT LEAST 40 YEARS." The system just gave all the details she wanted. Lest, she just keeps asking these questions.

40 Years to become a god! It may sound very long, but she will probably gain strength and power which will defy the human limitation in some years of training.

"How strong is a god?" Kiara asked about it. She did not know about what a god can do. Are they powerful enough to destroy the world, or even more than that?

"THE STRENGTH OF A GOD IS DIVIDED BY MANY REALMS. THEIR STRENGTH DEPENDS ON WHICH REALM THEY ARE IN. BUT THE WEAKEST GOD IS POWERFUL ENOUGH TO DESTROY A PLANET IF THEY ARE NOT INJURED OR WEAKENED."

"Destroy a planet." Kiara was shaken. Just before, she was thinking about being prime minster, and now she gets to find that with enough training she can destroy the very planet she lives. She takes a deep breath to calm herself down.

"This will be my second wish. I wish to become a god."

"Hehe, she is quite ambitious." Zigeyr finds that Kiara is just over reacting on becoming a god. Gods are not rare. There were many gods in the heaven. Even more than the population of this planet. Nevertheless, many of them were quite weak but as the system said, even the weakest god is capable of destroying a small planet. Of course, the above statement is true before the incident related to anomaly being which forced the supreme gods and Zigeyr to go in deep slumber. After the incident, the only gods alive in the whole universe are in the planet earth only.

"She might even die before becoming a god." Zigeyr looked at the Kiara on the projection. Her fate lying on his hands.

"Time to visit the old friend." Zigeyr stood up from his chair and then vanishes.
