Did You Also Played The Game?

It was a rule among Supremes that when a Supreme God dies, every Supreme has to give their respect, no matter how much feud they had. When this rule was made, no Supreme was against it. Everyone acknowledge the hardship and difficulty one has to face in order to become a Supreme God. It was a stage where not everyone can reach in their life.

Zigeyr roamed the city and reached a garden where old peoples were exercising and the children's were playing. He sat on the bench, which was devoid of any people.

Zigeyr observed the elderly individuals engaging in exercise to maintain their health and mobility. He also observes the children's playing with joy and enthusiasm. They run around laughing and giggling, completely oblivious to the world's trouble.

Suddenly, a group of children's come running towards him, their faces filled with excitement. They tug at his clothes, eager to share their stories.

"Hello there, little ones." Zigeyr says, crouching down to their level. "What have you been up to today?"

The children's giggle and share their stories of playing in the park, making new friends and learning new things.

Zigeyr continued to listen as the children's share their stories and experiences. As they finish talking, Zigeyr stands up and pats each child on the head, giving them a reassuring smile.

"You are all amazing. Would you all like to play a game?"

The children's hurriedly nodded as a smile bloomed on their innocent face.

"In this game, we would see whose fingers bend the most. The one whose fingers bend the most will win and the one whose fingers bend the least will lose."

The innocent children's face light up at the idea of a game. They started to chatter excitedly, eager to participate.

"All right then, since everyone is eager to play this game, then let's start. I will count to 3 then everyone will start bending their fingers."

"1.....2...3"

When the counting ended, all children's started bending their fingers from their other hand, trying their best to make them curve more than their friends. Some use only one fingers, while others attempt to curl their entire hand into a fist. The air is filled with giggles and laughter as they compete against each other.

As Zigeyr watches the children play, he notices one child in particular who seems to be losing the game. He walks over to him, smiling gently,

"Don't worry about winning or losing, he says. "Just have fun and try your best."

The child looks up at Zigeyr with wide eyes. "But I want to win."

"You want to win? Alright then, let's see if you can do this." Zigeyr replies, holding out his hand. The child hesitates before a moment before taking it. "Look into my eyes." The child looked into his eyes, seemingly getting consumed by them.

Zigeyr, then bend the finger which surpasses the other children's. The child got happy seeing it, but suddenly, the child's fingers started to bend in a way they never could before. They curl into impossible shapes, defying the laws of biology. But the child himself seems to not sense this anomaly, as he continued smiling, seeing his fingers bend the most.

The other children's also seems to not feel any strangeness after seeing this. In fact, they react like it is a normal thing to them. After seeing their friend's fingers bend the most, the other children's felt like they could not lose and started bending their fingers in a way that surpasses what humans could do.

The giggling of children's continued, but there was also a feeling of strangeness in this nice environment. The children's focus seems to be somewhere else. Their eyes were now pitch black, like they have been hypnotized. Without any feeling of pain, they bend their fingers in the most inhuman way, not ready to lose to their friends

Zigeyr looked at them with tender eyes as they compete with each other to prove the winner. While the children's continued to compete, Zigeyr continued to walks and roam the city.

When the playing hours of children's were over, then their parents came to collect them. "John, let's go. You have played enough today. Now say goodbye to your friends and come back quickly."

The mother screamed as she calls her child. She then continued to talk to her friend on the phone, knowing that her child will probably not come and will continue to play.

While she continued talking to the phone, Suddenly, she felt someone tugging her cloth from behind.

She looks behind and saw her child tugging her cloth, smiling happily. She was surprised. "Well, you are very well-behaved today, why is-"

She wanted to ask for the reason, but her eyes widened in horror as she saw the fingers of her child. It was completely bent in a very inhuman way.

"AHH! JOHN, W-WHAT H-HAPPENED TO YOUR FINGERS?!!"

Her mother quickly knelt down and held her hand. "Y-you, what happened to you? HOW DID IT HAPPEN?!!"

But the child seems to be lost somewhere else. He didn't respond to her questions but asked her mother something which frightened her, "Mother, your fingers are even more bent than me. You seem to be the winner. Did you also played the game?"

The mother was stunned after hearing the words, but soon she was shaken after seeing her own fingers, which were even more bent than her child.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"

Soon, the screams filled the garden as everyone felt the pain of their fingers being bent in a ridiculous way.

The sun was settled, and the moon takes it job. A new tale of a boy who bents the fingers filled the city's incomplete terror.

As Zigeyr comes back to his apartment, he gazes at the whole city, which was now not bustling as before.

"*sighs* I really liked the bustling city." He sighed as he sits down on his chair. After all, the cities will not be as bustling as they are after some months.
