Daniel vs Greed, Part 2

"So you're invincible?" Daniel asks.

"Well…I've taken out opponents that even the Sixth Circle of Hell, Hersey, couldn't beat, so…yeah. Maybe I am invincible," Greed answers.

"Dammit…" Daniel mutters to himself as he grits his teeth. "And to think that I told Luis to stay back and wait for a stronger opponent, especially with Treachery on his way now. I'm a fool."

Greed then brings his right knee high into the air, as it begins bubbling with clear Cursed Power.

"SO AGAINST YOU I'LL TEST WHETHER OR NOT I TRULY AM INVINCIBLE, DEATH JR!"

"Cursed Drainer: Greedy stomp!" Greed shouts as he slams his foot into the ground, which sends Greed soaring into the shadowy black sky.

"Black Demon!" Daniel shouts as a rush of dark gray and black Cursed Power bursts from Daniel's body, and he resumes his Black Demon form.

Greed then begins falling towards Daniel, angled like a bullet. "Cursed Drainer: Greedy Explosion!" Greed shouts as his fist begins bubbling with clear Cursed Power. 

Greed then falls down upon Daniel and launches his fist outwards, as Danuel says: "Shadow Sickles: Chain and Sickles," and brings up a few dozen Shadow Sickles to shield him from Greed's attack. Greed slams his fist into Daniel's Shadow Sickles in an explosion of clear Cursed Power. Daniel's Shadow Sickle shield seldom helps him as Greed punches through them with ease, before slamming his fist into Daniel at last. Daniel takes the initial brunt of Greed's attack, but before he can be caught up in Greed's explosion of Cursed Power, Daniel sinks into the shadowy ground below him to dodge, before emerging from the shadows begins Greed.

"Shadow Sickles: Pierce the Heart!" Daniel shouts as he sends his Shadow Sickle tail and wrist blade flying towards Greed, who counters by spinning around and punching through Daniel's Shadow Sickles with a Cursed Power Barrier reinforced punch of his own.

Greeds then opens his mouth and unleashes another Greedy Roar, which Daniel counters by sending another wave of Shadow Sickles flying Greed's way. The two attacks collide in a mighty explosion of dark gray and clear Cursed Power, struggling for dominance. At first, Greed and his Greedy Roar have the upperhand against Daniel and his Shadow Sickles, but begins to sweat when Daniel's Shadow Sickles slowly begin pushing Greed back. Daniel's Shadow Sickles then slice through Greed's Greedy Drainer for good, before continuing to fly over to Greed, and punctureing him with dozens of Sickle Blades, which then retract back into the shadowy ground.

"I'll just have to end this now!" Daniel shouts as he prepares his Primal Chain Coil, which then begins streaking through the air towards Greed.

"Damn, that drill is too fast to dodge, the best I can do is maximize defense," Greed says to himself as he brings his arms up in a cross Greed said to himself. "Cursed Drainer: Greedy Knight!" Greed shouts as he reinforces his entire body with his clear Cursed Power in an attempt to defend against Daniel's attack.

Daniel's Primal Chain Coil then blasts into Greed's Greedy Knight in an explosion of rainbow Cursed Power, attempting to drill through Greed's maximum defenses.

At first, Daniel's Primal Chain Coil begins to chip away at Greed's armor. "It looks like we have a winner here, Greed!" Daniel exclaims.

"Hah! Did you really think that I would go full power right off the bat?!" Greed spits. "Cursed Drainer: Cursed Power Redistribution!" Greed shouts as the cracks in his Greedy Knight begin to close up, and Greed's Greedy Armor reinforces itself, becoming stronger than ever.

"Dammit…" Daniel grunts as he clenches his teeth in concentration. "I don't think my Primal Chain Coil can drill through his armor…"

"IS THAT ALL YOU'VE GOT, SON OF DEATH?!" Greed roars.

Daniel roars back, upping the pressure of his Primal Chain Coil, until Daniel's attack spins out of control, and the rainbow Cursed Power bursting from Daniel's Primal Chain Coil sends both him and Greed flying back in opposite directions.

Daniel groans as he pushes himself off of the ground and rubs his head. "Did I… get him…?" Daniel asks. But through the dust caused by the explosion of his Primal Chain Coil subsides, Daniel hears laughing.

"Oh no…could it be?" Daniel asks, but he's cut off by another fit of laughter.

"HAHAHAHAHA!" Greed cackles. "Did you really think that you could beat me so easily, Death Jr?! It's going to take a whole lot more than that to stop me! I am the Fourth Circle of Hell; Greed, the "Consumer of Cursed Power," with the ability to beat Sixth Circle of Hell level opponents! I told you, I'm invincible! You can never win!" 

When the dust settles, Daniel can see that Greed is now fully healed.

"You have no healing powers other than the above-average recovery speed of a half demon, which pales in comparison to my Cursed Drainer, so once you're injured, you stay like that for the rest of the fight," Greed continues as he looks Daniel up and down. "And from what I can see here; you sure are injured!"

Daniel says nothing. Instead, he simply points down to his ankle.

"Eh? What's on your leg?" Greed asks as he studies Daniel's ankle, but seeing nothing of interest. In response, Daniel shakes his head then points to Greed's ankle. "My leg?" Greed asks as he peers down at his own leg. And when he does…Greed's eyes widen. For Greed watches as one of Daniel's Shadow Sickles slither out of the shadowy ground, wrapping itself around Greed's ankle and worming its way up Greed's body. "It's just one chain, no big deal!" Greed smirks as he attempts to hop away from Daniel's Shadow Sickle, but finds himself stuck as dozens of more chains wiggle their way out of Daniel's shadowy ground, wrapping around Greed and keeping his arms bound behind his back, and his legs bound in place.

"What the…I can't move!" Greed cries.

"Your Cursed Ability works by emitting your stored up Cursed Power in the form of mighty explosions, explosions so powerful that they may even harm your own body, which you proved with your Greedy Roar," Daniel begins to say. "So tell me, Greed, what would happen if you attempted to use your Cursed Ability with your hands bound?"

"Wouldn't you like to know," Greed growls.

"Exactly," Daniel replies as his shadow chain continues slithering its way up Greed's body, aiming its sickle bladed directly at Greed's throat. "You can't."

Greed's eyes widen as he stares down at Daniel's Shadow Sickle in fear. "W- wait, can't we talk about this?!" Greed cries.

"There's no more time to talk," Daniel replies. You boast so greatly about how I'm the son of Death, so I'll finish you with one of my father's attacks."

"Shadow Sickles…"

The fight between Death and Treachery starts when Death swings his bone scythe outwards as Treachery sends The Ghost to punch Death. The two attacks collide, sending shockwaves of air and Cursed Power flying in every which direction, and decimating the city around the two to ruins. Luckily, everyone has already been evacuated.

Death brings his scythe into the air again and twirls it around, while reinforcing his weapon with light gray Cursed Power. Death then swings his scythe down upon Treachery, who counters with a powerful palm thrust from The Ghost, sending another explosion of Cursed Power thristing outwards.

Death retracts his scythe again before swinging it upon Treachery with a flurry of slash attacks, while Treachery counters with a flurry of punches and palm thrusts from The Ghost, each attack canceling each other out, the two demons exchanging blow per blow. Until eventually, Death hops backwards, in an attempt to take a more ranged approach.

"Come, show me your Cursed Ability!" Treachery booms.

"Alright, it's your funeral!" Death replies as he lifts his bone scythe into the air and twirls it above his head, before slamming his bone scythe down into the ground, his scythe blade piercing the floor.

"Necromancy: Skeletal Brambles!" Death shouts as thorn brambles of sharp, spiked swiftly jut out of the ground and make their way over to Treachery.

Treachery couches down and reinforces his lower body with his dark green Cursed Power in an attempt to jump out of the way of Death's attack, but fails when Death shouts; "Necromancy: Graveyard," and skeletons begin to sprout from the ground -ribcage and up- and use their rotting, skeletal arms to latch onto Treachery, prohibit him from jumping away.

So instead, Treachery turns his attention back to Death's brambles of bones, and says: "The Ghost: Treacherous Hand," and uses The Ghost to fly around and punch and palm thrust through Death's Skeletal Brambles, shattering them to bits. Some of Death's brambles manage to slip through Treachery's attacks, piercing both him and The Ghost, before Death retracts both his Skeletal Brambles and Graveyard back into the ground.

"The Ghost: Treacherous Flight!" Treachery shouts as he sends The Ghost flying towards Death yet again. The Ghost then disappears, before reappearing directly before Death, and launching its Cursed Power Barrier reinforced fists towards Death.
