Death vs Treachery

Just in the nick of time, Death brings his bones scythe up and reinforces it with his white Cursed Power to block. Death then spins around while twirling his scythe, swinging it towards The Ghost, who disappears yet again before Death's attack can land.

"Necromancy: Graveyard!" Death shouts as he lifts his bone scythe into the air and twirls it above his head, before slamming his bone scythe down into the ground, his scythe blade piercing the floor. Dozens of skeletal arms then shout out of the ground then grab onto the floor, using it to hoist themselves out of the ground, revealing Death's army of skeletons. Although the skeletons look tangible, they're actually made out of Death's Cursed Power. The skeletons are filthy with decaying, eggshell bones, and have heads that rattle like bobbleheads when they walk, and wield short boardswords. Death then swings his scythe towards Treachery, as The Ghost reappears before him, sending his dozens of skeletons charging towards The Ghost, and swarming Treachery.

Treachery counters by using The Ghost to fly around and punch and palm thrust through Death's skeleton army, shattering them back into the brittle bones from which they came, and dissipating back into Death's light gray Cursed Power.

While Death's skeletons are weak and brittle, they make up for their lack of strength in numbers, and force Treachery onto the defense.

At one point, The Ghost smashes through the bulk of Death's skeleton army, and manages to reach Death. "The Ghost: Treacherous Hand!" Treachery shouts as The Ghost launches a Cursed Power Barrier reinforced punch towards Death.

"Necromancy: Spinal Blockade!" Death shouts as he swipes his arms to his sides, displaying his chest as a prime target for Treachery's attack. But just before The Ghost's Treacherous Hand can slam into Death, Death's rib cage shoots out of his chest, piercing through Death's body with a rush of blood then piercing The Ghost as well.

The Ghost then readies his second fist and launches it towards Death as well, smashing through Death's ribcage.

But before The Ghost can punch Death for good, dozens of bones shoot out of Death's body, piercing The Ghost's body as well as clutching him between his bones, keeping him pinned. "Take this!" Death shouts as he raises his bone scythe high into the air above his head and reinforces it with Cursed Power, before swinging it downwards towards The Ghost.

Treachery counters by saying: "The Ghost: Treacherous Supplex!" The Ghost then strains his arms past Death's bones, piercing his arms and wraps them around Death, before Death can strike The Ghost with his bone scythe. The Ghost then pivots his body and suplexes Death into the ground, slamming Death's head straight through the pavement in a rush of blood, and trapping Death's skull in a crater in the earth. The Ghost then ups the pressure of his arms wrapped around Death, slowly crushing him into oblivion.

"It looks like that I will be the one ruling Hell, Death," Treachery says as he slowly approaches Death, smirking at his frail body pinned in the ground.

Death mumbles something to Treachery in response, his voice muffled from being trapped under the ground.

"Pardon me?" Treachery asks. "I can't hear you from down there."

Death mutters something again, louder this time, as a rush of bones shoot out from the ground, piercing Treachery and The Ghost and forcing the two to retreat with a yelp. Death then places both hands on the ground and uses the momentum to yank his head free. Death then shakes his head from side to side, shaking off the dust and spitting up dirt. "Yuck!" Death cries, before standing up again and turning back to face Treachery. Death then dusts off his suit and tidies up his hat. "I said: Don't count me out yet!" Death clarifies. "And then I said Necromancy: Spinal Blockade."

"Necromancy: Skeletal Brambles!" Death shouts as he slams his bone scythe back into the ground, sending another wave of Skeletal Brambles flying towards Treachery, who counters by using The Ghost to grab Treachery and hoist him into the air, flying out of the range of Death's attack.

The Ghost: Treacherous Skybomb!" Treachery shouts as The Ghost lets his body go, and Treachery begins plummeting towards the ground. The Ghost then flies towards Treachery, wrapping itself around Treachery's body and forming a ghostly armor. Treachery then chambers his right fist, which is reinforced by the power of his Ghost.

"Sheeesh, that'll hurt if I let that touch me," Death comments as he peers up at Treachery, using a hand to shield his eyes from the sun. "I better defend! Necromancy: Exoskeleton!" Death shouts as he slams his bone scythe into the ground, kicking up a shield of bone spikes around him. Treachery then falls down upon Death, slamming his fist into Death's Exoskeleton and cracking right through his bones, before punching Death for good, causing the demon to crumble into the ground, a Death shaped crater forming in the earth.

But yet again, Death manages to stand back up.

Treachery grits his teeth. "I shouldn't expect anything less from Death, the Demon King," he says.

"Well then I suppose it's time to reveal my full power to you," Death replies, causing Treachery's eyes to widen. "And judging by your reaction, you assumed I was already going all out!" Death then laughs, before his lips curl up and his eyes narrow into a sinister smirk.

"Slumbering White Giant."

Death's entire body instantly goes limp while still remaining standing, as if Death has lost consciousness.

"Hm? Treachery asks.

White Cursed Power then explodes out of Death's body, rising into the air above him, then begins to take shape, taking the form of a giant skeleton (rib cage and above) towering over Death, when the skeleton's spinal cord sticking out of Death's back, ripping through the back of his suit. The skeleton's ribs hook around Death, shielding him from attacks. Death then slowly strains his head up to face Treachery again, his back hunched over due to the weight of the giant skeleton. Death then tosses his bone scythe upwards, which begins to grow larger as the giant skeleton reaches out and snags the scythe out of mid air, the scythe having grown large enough for the giant skeleton to wield.

"So this is the Rule Breaker ability of the Demon King, huh?" Treachery remarks.

"You asked for this…" Death growls, and the two demons continue their battle.

"The Ghost: Treacherous Hand!" Treachery shouts as The Ghost reinforces its fists with Cursed Power, then flies towards Death and circles around him, showering Death with numerous Cursed Power Barrier reinforced punches, who's mobility has been greatly reduced thanks to the giant skeleton.

But Death's giant skeleton makes up for its lack of speed with sheer power. For the dozens of blows that The Ghost lands upon Death, Death makes up for it with a single swing of his scythe with his Slumbering White Giant, which swats The Ghost away, sending it flying backwards, dealing far more damage to The Ghost with its singular blow than The Ghost does to the Slumbering White Giant with its hundreds of blows.

"The Ghost: Treacherous Cataclysm!" Treachery shouts as The Ghost brings its hands together, charging up a sphere of dark green Cursed Power between its palms. The Ghost then thrusts its hands forwards, firing off a powerful emission of dark green Cursed Power towards Death, who -due to the weight of his Slumbering White Giant- isn't able to dodge in time.

Death grits his teeth from the pain of Treachery's attack but holds on tight, until Treacher's attack lets up, which gives Death the chance to counter. "Necromancy: Skeletal Brambles!" Death shouts as the white sleeping giant slams its giant bone scythe into the ground, shattering the pavement in its wake, and sending a wave-no…a tsunami of extra-large and extra-spikey Skeletal Brambles flying towards Treachery, who has no hope of dodging.

"The Ghost: Treacherous Cataclysm!" Treachery shouts as The Ghost prepares another emission of Cursed Power, which he fires forwards again, blasting a hole straight through the middle of Death's Skeletal Brambles attack, one just barely big enough for Treachery and The Ghost to squeeze through. Due to the power of Treachery's attack and its blast radius, not a single bramble manages to cut or nick him.

That is, until one tricky skeleton's arm sneaks out of the ground, latching onto Treachery's ankle with its bony arm, its skull rattling in the process. Treachery uses his other leg to kick the skeleton's brittle arm, smashing it to pieces, and forcing the skeleton to retreat into the ground. But then, a few dozen more skeleton arms then shoot out of the ground, latching all over Treachery's body. Luckily for Treachery, Death's Skeletal Bramble attack ended soon after and Treachery is able to use The Ghost to defend against the skeleton horde, flying around and smashing through skeletons.

But while Treachery is busy dealing with Death's skeletons, he neglects Death himself. "Necromancy: Spinal Blockade!" Death shouts, and the rib cage bones of Death's Slumbering White Giant shoot towards Treachery.

Treachery then turns back to face Death, and his eyes widen when he sees all of the barbed bones flying his way. "The Ghost!" Treachery desperately cries as he attempts to summon The Ghost back to his side to defend, but it's too late. The huge bones of the slumbering White Giant puncture Treachery in dozens of places at once. Dozens of skeletons arms then latch onto Treachery as the White Sleeping Giant brings its scythe high into the air.

"Necromancy…"

"CAPTIVE DECAPITATION!" Both Daniel and Death shout at once.

***

Daniel's Shadow Sickle then shoots upwards, decapitating Greed instantly. Greed's severed head flies into the air as Greed's limp body falls to the ground, thanks to Daniel's Shadow Sickle bindings retreating back into his shadows. Daniel then grabs Greed's body and leaps upwards, diving out of the shadows and returning back to solid land.

***

The White Sleeping Giant then swings its bone scythe downwards, chopping off Treachery's head and killing him on the spot.
