Chapter 7: Childhood Friends

Jelo, Jaja, and Janjan were not alone in their journey through childhood. They had a group of close friends who shared their adventures and supported them through thick and thin. Among their childhood friends were Mia, Ben, Sofia, and two new friends they met along the way, Lucas and Emma.

One sunny afternoon, Jelo, Jaja, and Janjan gathered at their favorite spot by the river. They sat on the grassy bank, their feet dangling in the cool water, excited to introduce their new friends to the rest of the group.

Mia arrived first, her eyes sparkling with curiosity. "Hey guys, who are these new friends you've been talking about? I can't wait to meet them!"

Just as she finished speaking, Lucas and Emma appeared, walking hand in hand. Lucas had a mischievous grin on his face, while Emma had a warm and friendly smile.

Jaja stood up and waved at them. "Hey, Mia! These are our new friends, Lucas and Emma. We met them while exploring the forest yesterday. They're just as adventurous as we are!"

Mia's eyes widened with excitement. "That's amazing! It's always great to have more friends to share our adventures with. Welcome, Lucas and Emma!"

Lucas chuckled and shook Mia's hand. "Thanks for the warm welcome, Mia. We've heard so much about your group and the incredible adventures you've had. We're thrilled to be a part of it."

Emma nodded, her eyes gleaming with anticipation. "Yes, we've been looking for a group of friends who love exploring and having fun. It seems like we've found the perfect fit!"

Janjan, always the practical one, asked, "So, Lucas and Emma, what are your favorite things to do? Do you have any special talents or hobbies?"

Lucas grinned mischievously. "I love solving puzzles and riddles. I have a knack for finding hidden treasures and secret passages. And when it comes to pranks, well, let's just say I have a few tricks up my sleeve."

Emma's eyes sparkled with excitement. "I'm passionate about photography. I love capturing the beauty of nature and the moments we share together. I also enjoy writing and creating stories."

Jelo, always the artist, was intrigued. "That's fantastic, Emma! I'd love to see some of your photographs and maybe even collaborate on an art project together."

Sofia, who had arrived a little late, joined the group with a stack of books in her arms. "Sorry, I'm late, everyone. I got caught up in a captivating story. But I'm excited to meet our new friends!"

Ben, always the joker, couldn't resist teasing Sofia. "Oh, Sofia, you and your books. I bet you were lost in a world of dragons and magic again!"

Sofia playfully rolled her eyes. "Well, maybe I was. But you know how much I love sharing stories with all of you. And speaking of stories, Lucas and Emma, do you have any favorite books or authors?"

Lucas scratched his head, thinking. "Hmm, I'm more into adventure and mystery novels. I love getting lost in a thrilling story that keeps me on the edge of my seat."

Emma nodded in agreement. "I enjoy fantasy and science fiction. I love immersing myself in magical worlds and exploring the possibilities of the unknown."

As the group continued their conversation, they shared their favorite childhood memories, their dreams and aspirations, and their excitement for the adventures that lay ahead. They laughed, teased each other, and bonded over their shared love for exploration and imagination.

With their new friends by their side, Jelo, Jaja, and Janjan knew that their adventures would only become more exciting and memorable. They couldn't wait to embark on new journeys, discover hidden treasures, and create lasting memories together.

And so, as the sun began to set, casting a warm golden glow over the river, the group of friends made a pact to support and encourage each other in their shared adventures. They knew that with their friendship and the addition of Lucas and Emma, their childhood would be filled with even more laughter, joy, and unforgettable experiences.
