Guild meeting or party? Part 2

Caroline soon realizes her mistake, she swallows dryly, she knows very well that under no circumstances should she invite the Becker's to anything related to Scoot, because they are rivals, she soon notices the change in Luke's gaze, and tries to correct her mistake: 

 "Oops, I'm sorry forget what I said...it came out unintentionally, really forget what I said..." 

Luke immediately closes his face and walks off, saying: 

 "I'll pretend I didn't hear you, Caroline... I'll see you Monday at the debate!" 

 Caroline looks dejected and nervous at the same time and thinks: 

 (Damn, how stupid of me, my chance to go with Luke to a party...and I forgot it's Scoot's, I'm so mad at myself, I have to fix this!) 

 Caroline then runs up to Luke, stops in front of him and says: 

 "Luke, wait...I'm having a party next week, I want you to be there, can you come?" 

Luke stares at Caroline, thinks for a moment and replies: 

 "Well, since it's YOUR party, we can go, just let me know the day and time." 

Caroline gives a big smile, she feels that she has managed to correct her mistake in time, she says goodbye to them and goes to the car, her driver is waiting for her. 

 Justin stops in the middle of the road, as they're heading back into the school, and says: 

 "Oops, now I remember, you've already signed... I got confused, we can go home then!" 

Luke looks seriously at Justin, he's not in a very good mood, he frowns, sighs angrily and turns around without saying anything, Justin already notices that his mood has been terrible since yesterday, and his mood is fluctuating a lot, the ideal is that he doesn't irritate him, at these times he prefers to leave his brother alone, because he knows that things could get worse from now on, Justin gets pensive: 

 (I have to leave him alone, he's in a terrible mood, I feel like "it" is going to wake up at any moment, I have to be prepared!) 

 As they approach the gates of the house, Luke realizes something: 

 "Wait, Justin, did she say student council staff?" 

 Justin quickly comes back from his thoughts as Luke continues his sentence, then corrects himself: 

 "...Ana could go to that party...No, no, she's not the party type, right?" 

 He looks at Justin, who is standing frozen in front of him, he needs to think fast before Luke realizes something: 

 "Noo, not at all, she's probably already at home reading some book, that's for sure!" 

Luke stares at Justin, while Justin tries to push him into the house: 

 "Come on, or we'll be late...training, Dad's home, remember!" 

Luke is literally pushed into the house before he has time to think about it. 

Meanwhile, Ana arrives at Scoot's house, it's a mansion, so it's quite large, just like the Becker's house, Scoot asks her to accompany him to the pool, and she notices that there's no one there but her, and asks: 

 "Scoot, haven't the others arrived for the Reunion yet?" 

 Scoot is surprised for a moment, but remembers that he told Ana it was a reunion, because he knew she wouldn't come if he said it was a party: 

 "Meeting? Oh...sure, the meeting...they'll be here soon." 

He takes Ana to the pool, and asks her to sit on one of the sun loungers, while he asks his butler to bring Ana a drink, she notices that there are lots of people arranging various decorations around the pool, Scoot takes the opportunity to take off his school uniform blazer, then takes off his tie, Ana is a little shy and nervous, especially after seeing Scoot, taking off his uniform blazer, his tie, and unbuttoning some buttons on his shirt, Ana immediately thinks: 

 (What's he doing? He must be hot, yes, that must be it, don't look Ana, even if he's right in front of you, disguise yourself, look at the floor...that's the floor." 

 She's looking at the floor, as if she's distracted, Scoot notices that she's shy and decides to play with the situation, he extends his hand to her face and lifts it so that Ana looks at him and says: 

 "Do you look distracted Ana, or are you embarrassed to look at me?" 

She doesn't react at all, her face turns red, she tries to disguise it by laughing and saying: 

 "Me, no, no, embarrassed imagine...why would I be embarrassed...ha ha" 

Scoot gives a slight smile and crouches down to her, he takes Ana's hand and puts it on his cheek and says: 

 "Hm, it's not your usual thing to be embarrassed, not with me...right?" 

 She looks at him as usual for Scoot, he really is very handsome, but she's taking his words as a friend, after all he's been her friend since the first days of school, she's got used to having him around in these few, but already meaningful times. Ana puts her other hand on his face, squeezes his cheeks and says: 

 "Oh, you're the first friend I've made here, I wouldn't want to lose your friendship, Scoot." 

Scoot frowns, he has no intention of being just "friends" with Ana, and retorts: 

 "I don't want to be just your friend, Ana."
