New revelations, and the beginning of a Nightmare. Part 1

Scoot again disguises his face, he tries to smile, but it's noticeable that he's uncomfortable with their presence, he just briefly introduces himself: 

 "Yes, this is Ana Bianchi, these are my three brothers, at last we're leaving." 

Ana tries to be polite and greets them, but soon Scoot interrupts her by pulling her by the arm into a room: 

 "Hello, nice to meet you....eu, wait, where are we going Scoot? 

Ana grabs her backpack and is pulled by Scoot, and soon they arrive in a very large living room, Ana doesn't understand and asks him to let go of her arm, he doesn't even realize he's squeezing it, Scoot mumbles: 

 "I'm sorry, my brothers are nosy, so avoid them as much as you can, stay here it'll be more comfortable, we're having a pool party today, I completely forgot about it." 

Then he lets go of Ana's arm and asks her to sit on the sofa, she puts her backpack on the sofa and sits down and says: 

 "Okay, fine, but won't we have the meeting? Well, it's because I didn't tell my parents, so I won't be able to stay long." 

Scoot immediately guessed that she wouldn't be able to stay for the party, so he said "meeting". He sits down next to her, and then says: 

 "You don't have to tell them about everything you do Ana, they probably didn't tell their parents about every step they took either." 

In this part Scoot has a point, it makes Ana think a little, but she knows her father would probably come and get her wherever she was, so she retorts: 

 "I know my father, he'd probably set fire to everything if he didn't find me, he's a wizard remember? So, for everyone's sake, I'll just be a little Scoot." 

He realizes that she's not so easy to manipulate, especially if she has an opinion about something, and he really can't force her to stay at the party, so he decides to tell her a secret about the Becker's, and try to get her to give up on joining them for the Awakening test, the first step would be to destabilize her confidence, and in a way frighten her: 

 "Well, since you haven't given me an answer yet, about us being "beyond friends", you can take all the time you need, but I'm worried about your safety if you take too long to give me an answer." 

Ana rolls her eyes in surprise, and says: 

 "Safety, what do you mean you're worried about my safety? 

Scoot knows how to choose his words when he wants to, she knew it would make her curious, so she told him briefly: 

 "Hm, you know that we're demi-humans, that you're just going to be a support, so that Luke Becker doesn't lose control of his demon side, since he's been possessed by another demon." 

Ana is totally surprised, from what she's read she hasn't seen anything written about demons that can possess others, she's read about human possession, but she doesn't remember seeing anything in books about it, maybe it's because she only has access to magic books, she tries not to make her surprise at knowing about it obvious, but she's curious about it, Scoot quickly deduces that she didn't know about it and continues: 

 "There's still time for you to switch teams, Ana, and not just be treated like a babysitter, because I've heard that this ancient demon is extremely dangerous." 

Ana is still very thoughtful, and even more confused, and even wonders if her parents know about this possession story, it doesn't seem like they do: 

 (Do my parents know about it? Or if they do, would they put me at such risk? Damn it, I still can't master the 4 elements, not the way it should be, I still lose control, and I'm really afraid of causing another accident...God, I didn't want to make it obvious to anyone, and now, should I run away from Rivercity?) 

Just as Ana is about to say something about it, Caroline and some friends arrive, and she speaks out loud: 

 "Wow, this is where you're hiding then!" 

Ana is startled, Scoot rolls his eyes, making his irritation very evident, and says: 

 "Today, apparently everyone decided to interrupt.... I'll be right back, Ana." 

He pulls Caroline's arm and leads her out of the room, leaning her against the wall and saying: 

 "Hell, why did you interrupt me, I'm tired of saying I hate being interrupted..." 

Caroline makes an annoyed face and says: 

 "You're so rude sometimes... in the end, you already know how to get her into your bed tonight." 

 Scoot quickly covers her mouth with his hand and says quietly: 

 "What the hell, Caroline....speak quietly, and no, she's not an easy girl, just like you are." 

Caroline gets even more annoyed, but she can't even reply, she's really afraid of Scoot, especially as she knows his temper isn't the best when he's angry, he's usually a bit rougher, he lets her go and she grumbles: 

 "If I can get the "difficult girl" to sleep with you, you'll get me Luke Becker, right? 

 Scoot looks at Caroline and says: 

 "I've already made a scene kissing you, I've already helped you, and I think it's hard to pull it off, because she won't stay for the party." 

Caroline insists: 

 "Okay, then I'll find a way, real quick, I'll be right back, honey."
