184. Friends Circle and Class Reunion_1

As a fellow rural child, Xin Jun had no great demands for his living quarters.

Now that Song Tan had said everything was available at home, when they entered the furniture store, he only looked at desks and chairs.

Since it was for two adults' teaching, he intentionally chose a larger desk.

Song Tan also felt that a larger one would be more spacious—after all, besides a one-and-a-half-meter-wide bed, there were hardly any other furnishings in the rooms of the village.

The side room was originally meant for housing tea pickers, and it was quite spacious, usually accommodating two or three beds together.

After many years without hiring workers, the beds were removed, making it even more spacious.

However, during holidays, beds would still be arranged, as the village had many relatives and when family came over for the festivals, a smaller space simply wouldn't be enough to accommodate everyone.
