To help all the women Alex notices that most of all their problems are Financial or monetary or money related.

So that he can help the woman with by providing them with jobs and providing them income and make them financially Independant.
He then asks the women about some local landlords to buy land and building.

Alex first researches about the land and building being sold by lord Barnabas.
He decides to purchase the building and land near the outskirts of the star grove as there is land for agriculture as well as a building which is connected to the town for better access to the town.
He chose the building near the outskirts as in the town there will be no land for agriculture.
As for the employees he can provide it to the women as they are in need of financial aid as well as a good paying job.
He decides to arrange an appointment by contacting lord Barnabas's secretary.
The Next Day...
He visits lord Barnabas's mansion and is sitting on a sofa and talking lord Barnabas and Buys the Land and building for 2000 Gold Coins(GC).
After he informs this the women, they are very happy as he is already helping them .
Then he goes the purchased land and sees that it is a
two-story building with the ground floor for the shop and the floor above for staying.
With an Agricultural Land near it where he is going to start cultivating .
