The Tragedy that struck Star Grove:
Most of the women in the Star grove are recent Widows.
Their Husbands died because of an Epidemic.
The town was ravaged by a deadly epidemic that swept through the population, claiming many lives and leaving the survivors in a state of desperation and despair. The loss of loved ones and the fear of further outbreaks may have left the community in dire need of assistance.
It was most of the Men that died as they were the Breadearners and had to go out to earn a living.
This society was like the medieval times where women were not allowed to go out and do work.
And were confined to the houses.
Due to which the men were the who were affected and as there were no healers who could heal them or cure them which resukyed in them dying.
Due to which the town is in chaos as it is filled with disproportionate women who don't know what to do in this situation.
There was a prophecy that the women of Stargeove believed. It is a powerful and enigmatic declaration that foretells the arrival of a savior in their time of greatest need.
The prophecy is:
"In the darkest hour, when despair grips the heart of Stargrove,
A beacon of hope shall emerge from the shadows,
Guided by the whispers of the wind and the light of the stars.
Born of courage and compassion, a chosen one shall rise,
To bring salvation to the land and deliverance to the oppressed.
He shall walk among us, a harbinger of a new dawn,
And with their coming, the shadows shall flee, and light shall reign once more."
This prophecy speaks to the women's belief that in their time of crisis, a figure of great courage, compassion, and strength will emerge to lead them out of darkness and into a brighter future.
It offers a sense of hope and reassurance that their struggles are not in vain and that a better tomorrow awaits them.
The method the women used to summon the savior involves a ritual or ceremony of Sacrifice and Offering
As a final act of devotion and commitment, the women make a symbolic sacrifice or offering to demonstrate their sincerity and dedication to their cause.
This involves relinquishing something of personal value or making a vow to serve the greater good in exchange for divine intervention.
The women decide they will Offer themself to the saviour and vow to serve him as a sacrifice and offering to summon the savior.
It a profound and deeply symbolic gesture of devotion and selflessness by the women of Stargrove.
As the women gather to perform the summoning ritual, they stand united in their determination to bring forth the savior who will deliver them from their plight.
Recognizing the gravity of their situation and the urgency of their need, they come to a solemn and unanimous decision:
they will offer themselves as a sacrifice and offering to the savior and serve him .
With tears in their eyes and courage in their hearts, the women step forward one by one, each offering herself willingly and without reservation. They pledge their lives, their hopes, and their dreams to the greater good of their community, trusting in the power of their sacrifice to attract the attention and intervention of the savior they so desperately seek.
As they make their offering, the women speak words of prayer and invocation, calling upon the higher powers to heed their plea and send them a champion who will fight on their behalf. They vow to stand steadfast in their faith, even in the face of adversity, knowing that their sacrifice is a testament to their unwavering devotion and commitment to their cause.
The sacrifice of the women serves as a powerful catalyst for the summoning ritual, amplifying its potency and resonance with the divine. Their selfless act of devotion reverberates through the spiritual realm, drawing the attention of the savior and paving the way for their eventual arrival.
In the end, the sacrifice of the women stands as a testament to the strength of their faith, the depth of their courage, and the power of their collective will to bring about change in their world. It is a sacrifice born not out of desperation or despair, but out of love, hope, and the unshakeable belief that a better future awaits them on the horizon.
Due to the Sacrifice and offering the Ancient artifact activates and Brings Alex to the world of Aetheria to help the women.
Present Day....
As Alex has bought the land and building near the outskirts.
Now he focuses on the Deadly Epidemic as it should not come back nor spread again.
Alex thinks whether this Epidemic was natural or a conspiracy.
As only the men died in the epidemic.I could be logic a to think that if someone did cause it why would they only target men.
Alex thinks it could be due the thinking of people in this time which like the Medieval period. Where some. were considered weak and should not do anything other than house chores and let men handle all other businesses.
As Alex was from the modern world he knew what the women could do.
But people of this world do not know .
So Alex thinks that he should empower the women so they can be self reliant and don't have to depend on any one.
Alex first decides to tell the some to follow his instructions on how to prevent or stop the spread of the Epidemic.
As this was like the medieval period there are no modern solutions to it.
Preventing and stopping the spread of epidemic is challenging due to limited medical knowledge, resources, and technology.
So, the women should
employ various strategies to try to control the spread of infectious diseases. Here are some methods :
1. Quarantine and Isolation:
Sick individuals were often isolated from the rest of the population to prevent the spread of disease. Quarantine measures were imposed on travelers, ships, and entire communities suspected of being infected.
2. Public Health Regulations: The town should implement public health regulations to control the spread of disease. This includes measures such as closing markets, restricting public gatherings, and implementing sanitation practices.
3. Herbal Remedies and Folk Medicine: Herbal remedies and folk medicine can be used to treat and prevent diseases. They should rely on a variety of herbs, plants, and natural substances believed to have medicinal properties. While not always effective, some of these remedies may have had antibacterial or antiviral properties.
3. Quackery :
Prevent quacks claiming to be very knowledgable in medical field from trying to treat people as they will make the person physically weak due to stop them from using their methods which renders people weak against the disease.
4. Sanitation and Hygiene: While the understanding of germ theory is lacking, people should recognize the importance of cleanliness in preventing disease. Efforts were are to be made to maintain basic sanitation practices, such as keeping streets clean, disposing of waste, and avoiding contact with contaminated water sources.
5. Travel Restrictions: In response to outbreaks of disease, travel to the town must be controlled and stop infected from entering into the town .movement of people and goods should also be regulated as goods may contain infected animals or insects which may make the situation worse.
6.Dead Body and goods Diaposal:
The dead bodies should be taken to a place far from the town and burn them along with their clothes and things they used. As a dead body or the goods can still carry the disease which may infect others.
Inform the women of the germs which are not visible to naked eye but are present so maintain clean hygiene by washing hands regularly and using clean water.
Boil the water be for drinking and drink warm water.
The women accept Alex's Instructions because he is the saviour according to the prophecy.
Alex guides the women one by one on how to do the things instructed by him.
Alex oversees that all the things are done properly.
Alex now changes his attention to his farm where he wants to cultivate Crops.
